For dozens of minutes I talked with Xerxes and Pride, who seemed to have more to say; she even had an attack plan against the enemies that impressed and frightened me at the same time.
The more she talked about her plan, the more frightened I became. She seemed to have a great understanding of my capabilities and powers; she also knew applications of my Concept that I hadn't even thought of yet.
Her plan was very plausible, but it still needed certain corrections. Some things were simply impossible to accomplish, while others could be better if they weren't even attempted.
Xerxes advised me a little about the Concept while we were both pointing out errors in Pride's plan.
When we left that isolated space, I was attacked by the embrace of that young woman with a Concept power about to emerge.
