FFF laughed and said, "Boss, the revenue you've brought me over this period has exceeded 30 million, so I don't really care about this little money. But if someone secretly slipped me 3 billion to betray you, I might be tempted."
Qing Chen chuckled, "I hope that day comes. It would mean I'm valuable, right?"
FFF pondered for a moment and said, "Earlier, boss, you were dirt poor, so we agreed on a 70-30 split. But now you're earning so much, I think we should change the split to 90-10."
"Turning down money that falls into your hands?" Qing Chen questioned, puzzled.
"Yes," FFF said, "I provide my value, but that value certainly isn't worth 30%. A long-term, win-win partnership must be established on the premise that neither party feels disadvantaged... What if one day you feel hiring me is a loss and kick me away? Wouldn't I lose even more then?"
I have to say, FFF is an exceptionally smart person who knows how to make choices.
