Momo sprinted towards the old school building, a drop of tear formed on the side of her left eye.
'Please! Please, let it not be what I think it is!'
Momo's wish from Izuku was for Todoroki to fall in love with her. Now that Shoto took the chance to confess to her first, that means Momo's wish had been granted and the third wish on Izuku's curse had been lifted.
When she arrived, Momo caught her breath first. After that, she slowly opened the door of the restroom steeling herself for the worst possible. Inside, Momo saw Izuku in his physical state just standing there.

"Izuku....-kun?" muttered Momo with a slight pause in her words, slowly approaching Izuku.
"It seems that you finally got your wish." replied Izuku turning his head to face Momo, as a miniscule parts of his face slowly began chipping away.

Momo's onyx pupils shrunk as her eyes widened upon seeing what is currently happening to Izuku. Her tears just flowed non stop as she gently grabbed Izuku. Just as she thought, Izuku's curse indeed got broken as she had her wish finally granted.
"I-Izuku-kun, is this really how it ends?!" cried Momo, hugging Izuku really tightly.

"I'm sorry, it seems I can't accompany you any longer." comforted Izuku, gently petting Momo's head as he stroked her beautiful black hair.

"No! No! No! You can't go Izuku-kun, there's still so many things I want to do with you!" pleaded Momo, crying her eyes out as her chest tightens with the thought Izuku finally leaving her.

Even though Izuku is no longer alive, he felt the warmth of Momo's embrace that he never felt before in anyone.
"The truth is, I also want to stay with you even for a little bit longer but I can't." said Izuku.
"My world is dull before and I was always alone but when you came, you gave color to it." added Izuku, giving Momo a somewhat teary smile.

"Me too Izuku-kun, I enjoyed our time together!" wailed Momo.
"It was only a short amount of time, but I was very happy that I got to meet you Momo." smiled Izuku, his left arm shattered and disappeared in a white light.

Momo just didn't say anything as she just continued sobbing her eyes out.
"When I'm gone, I want you to be happy okay?" uttered Izuku, gaining a nod from the weeping Momo.

By this time, Izuku's body is rapidly chips away.
"I guess, it's time for me to go now." smiled Izuku.
Using her delicate hands, Momo slowly and gently caressed Izuku's face and gave him a passionate kiss still with tearful eyes.
"For the compensation for my wish, I gave you my first kiss." muttered Momo.
"Goodbye Izuku-kun, I love you!" conveyed Momo, trying her best to smile as she see's Izuku off.
Izuku smiled back at her.
"Thank you."
Soon after Izuku had said his final words, his whole body completey fragmented whilst being held in Momo's arms.

Momo's leg's lost all strength and gave out as she slumped down feeling like the whole skies fell on her.
"Aaahhhhh!!" Momo couldn't contain her emotions any longer as she released it all by screaming all the pain in her heart.
She knew that Izuku is already gone and won't ever come back. All the times they spent together came flashing on Momo's mind which made her even more miserable than she already was.
"Izuku-kun, Izuku-kun, Izuku-kun!" wailed Momo, calling Izuku's name numerous times hoping for him to still come back to her with every drop of her tears falling on the floor.
