Ning lay on his bed, staring at the ceiling. His mind turned over everything he'd witnessed during the day, trying to go through it all once again to see how he thought of the situation.
The portable suppression device was a good idea. In fact, he could see it being incredibly handy.
The spray was the same as well, able to temporarily remove someone's powers. Although, it did have the potential to permanently remove powers if it was overused. That was dangerous.
The serum that enhanced abilities was somehow the least impressive thing to him there, but that was only because he put little importance on the power itself. Most of the time, it was never about how strong someone's power was, but how they used it.
And then, there was the awakening serum. That was somehow the most amazing discovery that had been made by the government, and somehow the most frightening at the same time. The amount of danger that came from this one serum alone was beyond imagination.
