In the office, Trozan was arranging flowers. She separated the flowers in layers according to their height, placing the blooming ones at the bottom and the smaller buds on top, creating a pleasing appearance.
"Isn't that how we Sword Masters should be?" Sonia sat across from her. "You said it yourself, sister. Revenge should be sought from morning till night, never leaving the pressure for sleep!"
"It's different," Trozan replied. "Sword Masters need to harbor a bit of anger to hone the blade and refine their Sword Intent. But resentment is different; it accumulates, taints the soul, dulls the mind, and can even become a loophole for Spirit Mages to exploit."
"Then how do you distinguish between anger and resentment?"
