Outside the White Tower, in an open-air café, Aisha was drinking coffee with Ingrid.
They were really just having coffee, not even chatting. Ingrid was reading a book while Aisha was swiping through forums on her Light Screen.
Ingrid wasn't fond of talking, so Aisha didn't force conversations on her. It was always like this when they went out; they'd find a place to sit for an afternoon, reading or browsing forums, then have a meal and head home.
Although Aisha had many friends and Prophet Mages never lacked for friends, Ingrid was the only one who could let her feel at ease without saying a word. Their friendship went back to the time when Ingrid followed Aisha around like a tail, both of them from the same town.
