For a moment, the half-step God Emperor trembled as a terrifying idea surged into his mind. His voice almost shook as he uttered the words that neither of them truly wanted to consider: "You don't think it's...an immortal above the gods?"
The God Emperor's head snapped up, his eyes flashing with a mixture of derision and unease.
"Why would an immortal waste time down here?" he sneered, though there was a hint of uncertainty in his tone. "And for that matter, the presence of a True Immortal would have instantly caused the Ancient Stellar Formation Plane to collapse and radiated an aura that could be felt throughout the entire Galaxy. It's certainly not a True Immortal."
