My head felt weird. I was sure I would wake with another awful headache because Ethan's idea of holding back is just killing me a few less times. Or maybe I am too good at dealing with it now? No, there is no way that would happen.
Then why am I have my face buried in Ai's chest with my head feeling only slightly dizzy. I could hear her heart beating at a faster rate than she normally did, but my body felt too limp for me to look up and see how she was doing. Her hands were gently caressing my hair, and it felt so nice that I could go back to sleep again. No, that would be a bad idea.
"Ai…" I somehow muttered her name and she pulled my face up to her level and gave me a giant smile.
"Good morning, my prince, did you sleep well?" she asked me, and I slightly nodded my head. "Still too tired? Maybe they did take too much of your blood during the examination. You should mention it next time you are there, you know."
