1 week after Damon emerged from his chrysalis he finally opend his eyes confused. He had so many things running through his mind. 'Am I dead, no this is masters spare room, and why does my body feel different the last thing I remember is when I felt my eyes liquefy and melt down my face, oh no I really am dead aren't I' after thinking all this Damon quickly got up from the bed and attempted to walk over to the mirror in the bathroom. When he took his second step he fell to the floor realising the reason he felt different was how weak his body currently was.
Hearing a loud thud from the room upstairs Rufus dropped who he was doing and ran up stairs. Fixing his clothes he walked into the room to see Damon struggling to get up off the floor. Rufus walked over and offered his hand, as Damon took it Rufus noticed just how weak his grip was and this caused him to have a look of concern on his face looking at his student "what happend boy, why are you so weak".
Damon just looked up at his master "I don't know I woke up feeling weird and now I can't even stand properly whats wrong with me" on the verge of tears he was looking for answers from the person he trusted most.
"Boy if you wanna know what's wrong with your body just use your ability it may show what's wrong"
"Yes your right, I should have thought of that" he responded in a downtrodden tone.
Sitting down with the help of Rufus, Damon started meditating he felt the warm energy flow through his body and as they glowed Rufus noticed a change the once bright vivid purple glow now a deeper colour with specks of black flowing through. Not just that but Rufus also noticed that Damon eye colour changed from the clear sky blue he was used to now being the same purple that his marks were glowing.
Damon right now was in deep concentration even after feeling the warm energy flow he was still not receiving his status window so he waited untill what felt like hours passed when the window appeared, Damon looked through it trying to find the changes.

Damon came out of his meditation state and explained to Rufus the changes the changes he had seen in this status board from the increase in soul level and the new question marks that now appear.
"So all your status have decreased to 20 you kept all the points from them but they aren't available to distribute yet. Hmm for now I can only say to start your training over again begin with the mana to get it to a usable level then start the body training this time you should be able to finnish the training faster as you now know how all aspect if the training works" Rufus finished talking as was about to walk out the room.
"Wait master is their really nothing else we can do"
"Damon I may not know what your going through but I can guess it's not pleasant with you having worked so hard over the last 5 years for it to be stripped away like that. But you have noone to blame but yourself, this time do the training don't leave this room and don't lose control of your mana again"
Hearing those words stung Damon deep but he knew he would have to recover eventually so why not now without leaving his spot he started to deplete his mana but to his surprise he was now not able to forcefully draw mana into his body it was at this moment he knew that his recovery wouldn't be as fast as he hoped.
1month later and Damon had finally gotten his mana to use able level of 30points by this time he was now able to speed up the rate he regenerates mana decreasing it from 60minutes to 50. And as Damon got used to his body he was able to walk around like normal it was strange while his body didn't feel better he didn't feel as weak as he used to.
Damon finally started his body tempering again he had done this day in and day out for as long as his mana lasted before he would attempt to speed up the regeneration before starting again another month had passed and still Damon had only increased his physical stats to 24. "1month and only a 4point increase why? This doesn't make sense".
Damon had told Rufus about the slow progress numerous times but he always responded with the same thing, "just keep training and one day you will get to where you were before"
'damnit this is so stupid. I care about my master by this is starting to annoy me why won't he help me' Damon was angry at himself as he knew it was his own screw up that caused this to happen.
Later that same night Rufus came up to Damons room. "Damon you still awake?" He asked as he poked his head in the door to see Damon in the middle of checking his status. So he waited untill Damon was finished before speaking. "I realise that there is nothing left for me to teach you, while recovering your strength might take a while but once you are better you will surpass me in no time. So I have decided to send you to school in the neighbouring country.
