"Yes! It's from her!" Mu Xue Tong nodded as he replied. He reached into his breast pocket and pulled out a piece of cloth.

"She gave this to you for him? Why didn't I know about this? Why didn't you tell me earlier?!" Xiao Han suddenly grew furious.

"As you said earlier, you work with me. What is your status? And what's her status? Does she need to notify you of her wishes and actions? You're being ridiculous now!" Mu Xue Tong looked at his companion contemptuously.

"Give that to me!" Xiao Han's body flashed toward Mu Xue Tong's, and he tried to snatch the cloth.

Mu Xue Tong promptly put the cloth back in his pocket, and due to Moxie's inflicted injuries, he overpowered his companion pretty easily.

The pouch, which contained a handkerchief with a few strands of jet-black hair laid in its center, was then handed to Jun Wuyi.

After Mu Xue Tong left, Jun Wu Yi finally opened up, pouring out the pain and bitterness he'd buried deep in his heart. Jun Mo Xie sat quietly, nodding along like the perfect listener, his face calm, almost too calm.

But the moment his uncle returned to his room and Grandpa Jun, who had been silently eavesdropping from the shadows, also slipped away, Jun Mo Xie's expression twisted.

Gone was the lazy, carefree young master.

In an instant, the Devil within him, the one that had butchered countless enemies, marched through mountains of corpses, and bathed in rivers of blood, was snapped awake. His whole aura flipped, like sunshine swallowed by a storm. The warmth vanished, replaced by bone-chilling cold that seeped into the air like poison.

The killing intent he'd kept locked away now poured out of his body like an unstoppable tide. His deep, dark eyes glowed faintly, like twin abysses swallowing light itself. Black energy curled around him, twisting and dancing like living shadows.

And his shadow stretched unnaturally across the ground, growing larger and darker until it swallowed half the room. Within that endless darkness, countless crimson eyes blinked open, flickering like candle flames in the wind.

Low, eerie whispers rose from the shadows, soft cheers, wicked laughter, and the faint sound of blades being sharpened. It was as though hell itself had cracked open, and its inhabitants were cheering for their master's return.

If Jun Wu Yi, the iron-blooded general who had stared death in the face a thousand times, had seen this scene, even he would have staggered back in terror.

Jun Mo Xie's lips curled into a cruel, chilling smile. His teeth gleamed like a wolf about to feast.

'Uncle… ah, I heard everything. No need to cry, no need to suffer in silence. This debt? It will be repaid in full… and interest!'

His fingers clenched into fists, black energy swirling like snakes around his arms.

"The Xiao Family… Silver Blizzard City…" He whispered, each word dripping with venom. "The sins they've committed are enough to make even the so-called 'Gods' smite them down. But no… the heavens often turn a blind eye to filth. That's why they leave the dirty work to devils like me. Hehehe… Xiao Family, listen well... I will drown you in blood! I will paint this world red!"

The hunger for slaughter that Jun Mo Xie had suppressed for so long now roared to life, wild and untamed. He was no longer just a young master scheming in the shadows.

He was the executioner of fate itself.

His eyes, sharp as daggers, glowed with an eerie light as black energy coiled around him like living shadows.

The night itself seemed to hold its breath, afraid to disturb the devil that had just awakened.

Then, the ground beneath him rippled. From the ever-darkening shadows, two figures burst forth like phantoms: Igris and Beru.

Jun Mo Xie stood at the heart of the garden, motionless like a statue carved from ice. His usually carefree smirk had vanished, replaced by a cold, predatory expression.

"My King!" Beru cried, falling to one knee, his once-arrogant tone laced with panic. The towering ant general, always eager for battle, now looked hesitant. His antennae twitched uncontrollably as he felt the suffocating killing intent rolling off his sovereign. "Please, restrain your wrath! Your power is destabilizing the entire Shadow Realm!"

Beside him, Igris, the crimson-armored knight, stood tall but silent. His glowing red eyes flickered like dying embers, betraying the unease he usually kept hidden. He gripped the hilt of his sword tightly, though it remained sheathed, a clear sign he was here to calm, not to fight.

But Jun Mo Xie didn't move. He stood there, arms crossed, his face a mask of cold amusement. He let out a slow, deliberate chuckle, low and sinister, like the rumbling of an approaching storm.

"Restrain my wrath?" Jun Mo Xie's voice was soft, almost gentle, but it cut through the night like a blade. "Why should I, Beru? Tell me... when has mercy ever served me well?"

Beru flinched but held his ground. "Mercy is not our way, my King. But if you fall too deep into the abyss, you may lose yourself."

"Lose myself?" Jun Mo Xie sneered, eyes narrowing. "I found myself long ago in blood, in battle, in vengeance. And tonight, I will remind this world why devils like me exist."

The shadows behind him churned once more, and without warning, another figure materialized.

The Demon Lord himself appeared.Ā His arrival was marked by a sharp gust of wind, sending flower petals scattering like frightened birds.

"Jun Mo Xie," The Demon Lord spoke, voice low and measured, though the flicker of unease in his eyes betrayed his calm faƧade. "Your killing intent… It's suffocating. Everyone had collapsed when you unleashed it. What happened?"

Jun Mo Xie turned, slow and deliberate, his gaze falling on the Demon Lord like a predator eyeing prey. But instead of answering, he laughed a hollow, humorless sound that sent chills down the spines of everyone present.

"What happened?" He repeated, almost mockingly. "Nothing much. Just that my bottom line… the one rule I've followed across every life I've lived… was crossed."

The Demon Lord stiffened, instinctively raising his guard. "Your bottom line?"

Jun Mo Xie's smile widened, revealing teeth too sharp for comfort. "Yes. Family. In every life, I've protected those I call my own. And tonight, I discovered that my family... the people who accepted me, raised me, trusted me have been suffering quietly, humiliated, wounded… all because of those arrogant dogs from the Xiao Family and Silver Blizzard City."

His voice dropped, colder than the midnight wind. "So tell me, Demon Lord. Why should I show mercy when my family bleeds?"

For a moment, there was silence. Even the wind seemed to die down, as if nature itself feared provoking the devil in human skin.
