Chapter 125 - Chapter 124

With all the other vessels gone, only Tsuru's ship remained close to the now utterly destroyed Rainbow Icebergs.

By her side, Yamato, Kujaku, Hina, and Simca were present, and the Oni Girl was sitting with Sin's head in her lap, watching the battle in the distance in solemn fascination.

Even though Kizaru, Kuzan, Mihawk, and Garp were no slouches, they were constantly at a disadvantage against Ragnus.

She was shocked when Hawk Eyes managed to pull off an outrageous feat and landed a diagonal cut across Ragnus's torso, making a cross with the earlier cut that was already there. And this one was deeper, much deeper, and it had truly hurt the Warmonger a lot.

Kuzan, after landing one final combo move together with Garp, where they buried their fists in Ragnus's belly, sending him skidding over the seawater, gassed out.

He did not have the Conqueror's Haki or the luxury to infuse it into his fists, and yet he was crazy strong even without using his Devil Fruit powers.

Kizaru too was strong, stronger than Kuzan, but his battle style was different. He was more of a swordsman and a support fighter with his Devil Fruit powers, and given that he was hard to catch, he was faring better than everyone else.

She could tell that Garp was only standing on his feet through sheer willpower. He was utterly exhausted now, and her heart skipped a beat when she saw Ragnus create a massive wave of metallic liquid and send it towards Kuzan and the Marine Hero.

And Ragnus did not wait to see what would happen as he charged straight at Mihawk, locking swords with him on the other side.

Kizaru rushed to save Garp and Kuzan, but thousands of liquid metal bullets were shot at him, preventing him from reaching them, and when he got past them, Ragnus intercepted him and forced him to retreat.

Mihawk swung his sword a few times and cut the massive wave, creating openings for both Garp and Aokiji to escape the attack, but he was then forced to deal with the constant metallic spikes that kept erupting from the solid surface of the sea.

Kuzan, who was on his knees, was stabbed by one such spike, but he dematerialised his body into ice, only to end up falling into the sea when his powers ran out and the metallic road under his feet disappeared.

Garp immediately jumped into the water to save him, and Yamato knew that they could no longer continue.

It had been over fifteen minutes now, and she squeezed Sin's shoulder, who immediately opened his eyes.

"Simca." He immediately called out the lemon-haired Marine's name and whispered something in her ear that the others could not hear.

He then handed her his dagger and she also placed her palm on his chest.

When she nodded, he rushed off to aid Mihawk, who was a little hard-pressed against the relentless attacks of Ragnus.

Sin sent out several bolts of Lightning Shackles, imbued with Armament and infused with his Conqueror's Haki, forcing the Warmonger to disengage, and at the same time, he pulled out the Seven Star Sword and threw the dagger at Ragnus, coated in lightning.

The Warmonger sensed danger and quickly created a metallic shield around himself that the dagger and the Light Bullets could not pierce, but Sin used his lightning to change the weapon's trajectory at the very last moment.

Before anyone could even blink, he switched places with the dagger that was behind Ragnus, and he swung his sword, slashing across the Warmonger's back, landing a deep cut, and immediately dematerialised and rushed away.

Ignoring the pain, the enemy chased after him, but Sin narrowly kept dodging him before he suddenly blocked, just enough to let Mihawk get behind the massive man and land a slash on his back too.

The Greatest Swordsman in the World was then pulled away by a Lightning Shackle, and then Light Bullets rained on Ragnus, who expertly dodged them and chased after the swordsman.

Mihawk smirked as he suddenly dropped the dagger he was holding at the very last moment, and everyone was stunned when they saw Sin appear between the two men and impale his sword into the Warmonger's body.

"I am way too fast, old man." He smirked at Ragnus, who grinned at him and grabbed his head, but then they all watched as Sin's body transformed into plasma and started burning his hand.

The man, however, did not let go and swung his sabre, and Simca panicked when she sensed that she was unable to help Sin switch places.

To everyone's dismay, Sin blocked the sword with the Shichiseiken, pulling it out of Ragnus's body at the last moment.

The Warmonger finally let go of his head that was going to ruin his hand, and Sin pulled away, just in time for Light Spears to rain from the sky at their enemy.

All those spears were blocked by metallic bullets that the Warmonger expelled from his body, and he continued chasing after Sin, whom he considered the biggest threat now.

Even though the Black had gotten some rest, it was just not enough, and he dropped the Plasmic Form and instead transformed the Shichiseiken into a Plasmic Sword of purple colour.

He decided to block the oncoming sabre, but quickly pulled back as he saw what was going to happen.

Instantly, waves of metallic liquid burst out of Ragnus's body, and the droplets transformed into needles that spread out in all directions.

There were so many that everyone sweated, and in the night sky, they were disguised.

Sin pushed his Lightning Powers to their limits as he only focused on saving the warship of his granny and Garp, who was carrying Kuzan on his back and swimming to the ship.

Ragnus, however, was keen on taking some lives, and he rushed at the old man and his apprentice.

The Black gritted his teeth, but then gave up protecting the ship and rushed to intercept Ragnus, who grinned when he appeared right in front of him.

Their swords clashed, and powerful shockwaves of Conqueror's Haki burst out, nearly forcing many people on the vessels to lose consciousness because of how exhausted he was.

The old man, however, was hell-bent on saving his student, and after Yamato saved the ship by freezing the rain of needles, Kujaku and Simca rushed over using Moonwalk.

They fought against the will of the two Conquerors, who were trying to overpower each other, and the lemon-haired Marine safely swapped the Vice-Admiral and the Admiral with two coins that she had left on the ship.

"Follow me." She spoke, and her friend followed her without question as they rushed to Mihawk's side, and Simca planted her hand on his back.

She then signalled to Kizaru, who appeared by her side and marked him as well.

Once she was done, she swapped herself and Kujaku to the ship, dropping two coins, which Kizaru caught in his hand.

As the swordsman used Moonwalk and rushed up into the sky, unleashing a devastating sword slash at Ragnus, the Admiral charged the enemy with his Light Sword.

This successfully distracted the Warmonger, and the sudden lapse in concentration caused him to lose his sabre, which was turned into plasma by Sin.

Pincered by all three of them, he disengaged with Sin and charged at the ship, but had to dodge the Light Spears that were shot his way.

However, to Ragnus's disbelief, one of the Light Bullets was hiding a coin, which was swapped, and Kujaku appeared right behind him, and as soon as her hand touched him, he felt like he was about to shatter.

The girl was swapped away before he could burst her head with his punch, leaving a coin behind, which suddenly transformed into a Seastone Net, forcing him to evade it.

One of the Light Spears crashed into him and exploded on impact, and at the same time, Mihawk and Sin were swapped in front of him, and they stabbed their blades into his chest.

Ragnus spat out a mouthful of blood, and just when he wanted to utilise his Devil Fruit powers, the despicable lightning brat, whom he hated to the core now, pulled the Seastone Net on him with his Lightning Shackles.

Kizaru, not taking any risks, appeared behind him and stabbed his Light Sword into the back of his neck.

Mihawk and Kizaru pulled back, but Sin stayed as he watched the Warmonger's body turn into plasma, and only fell with the sword in his hand when there was no trace of his enemy left.

Before he could hit the sea, he was swapped onto the deck of the warship together with Kizaru and Mihawk, who both sat down against the railing.

Both of them frowned as they watched the Seven Star Sword move on its own and return to its scabbard, and then they glanced at the lemon-haired Marine.

"Quite a handy power you have there."

The compliment from Mihawk brightened her smile, but she soon worriedly looked at Sin, whose body was burning with a fever.

He was still conscious, with his eyes drooping, staring at the bright full moon in the sky.

"Hey, granny." He suddenly spoke, and Tsuru raised her brow at him. "We are getting his bounty, right?"

Everyone was stunned by his question, and the Vice-Admiral suddenly started laughing.

"You are not." She flatly said when her Den Den Mushi started ringing and she picked up the call from Sengoku.

"Tsuru, the men said that the fighting has stopped." The man sounded extremely anxious.

"It has..."

"Hey, old man," Sin cut her words and took a deep breath, "I am very upset right now, so I am keeping Ragnus's main battleship and everything inside it. If your Marines don't behave themselves, I will destroy everything on and around the Iron Paradise and you can pick up the rubble then."

There was a long silence after his words, and both Kujaku and Simca sweated at his boldness.

"What's inside the ship that caught your eye?" Sengoku calmly asked, and they all watched the Blackstar smile.

"I haven't looked inside yet. Should be filled with treasure, right?"

They all deadpanned at his words.

"Fine, you can have it, but Tsuru will take a look inside it first. If she does not let you keep something, you cannot keep it."

"That's fine by me." He grinned and then closed his eyes, falling asleep.
