On the way back, Lin Ruixian suddenly called, "Where are you now?"
Gu Ningyue glanced at a road sign and mentioned a place: "Life Road."
"Then wait for me there! I'm a bit hungry," Lin Ruixian said. "There's a noodle place around there that seems pretty good; I'll take a cab to meet you."
Gu Ningyue's stomach growled twice; she was a bit hungry too.
She looked around and couldn't help but question, "You must be mistaken? There are only building material stores here; where would a noodle shop be?"
Lin Ruixian paused, "It's there, I'll send you the address, you head over first."
Gu Ningyue agreed and, after hanging up, received the address from Lin Ruixian.
She entered the destination into the navigator and after walking for about ten minutes, Gu Ningyue saw a small villa standing at the end of an alley.
The villa looked quite old, and the sign was a bit worn, but the flowers at the entrance were blooming exuberantly.
It seemed like someone replaces them every day.
