Ling Tianyou's question wasn't unexpected, but when she heard him ask it, Gu Ningyue still felt a bit flustered.
"Having tea outside."
After a moment, Gu Ningyue finally said this.
"Oh." Ling Tianyou didn't seem suspicious, responding mildly, "So, when do you plan to come back?"
Gu Ningyue said, "My mom's house isn't fully renovated yet, in a few days! It's almost done."
"Has Chen Rui gotten in touch with you? She asked me for your contact information." Ling Tianyou suddenly asked out of nowhere, his voice sounded a bit odd, "If Chen Rui has done anything to hurt you, don't take it to heart, she means no harm."
Gu Ningyue found it a bit strange, "No."
Why would she contact me? If it was to show off, that would be too childish.
This doesn't seem like something Chen Rui would do.
Ling Tianyou explained what happened after the dinner gathering, and Gu Ningyue frowned slightly, "Okay, I got it. I'll accept her when she adds me."
