Seeing how the tank hunters able to hold the impailer, it makes me realize that it does not depend on strength but more on its dexerity and the corpses around it that serves both defense and to defend itself. I communicate through telepathy to the hunters on stand by to aim for every fallen warrior at the same time to make an opening so I can attack and see what is really happening behind this mass.
The hunters comply with what I said and they attack the impailer all at the same time, but it was quick to deflect all attack that I didn't get a chance to see up close or land my attack. A plan come up and I told every hunter to step back and put a defensive barrier around them. Each non-mage hunter go to the nearest mage to them and the mage cast a defensive barrier around them.
I casted a protective barrier around the impailer enough that it can hold a dying star explosion and summon tier 3 summons to attack and distract the impailer while I'm working on planting the dying star inside the impailer. When I see an opening I quickly took the opportunity and shoot the dying star inside and leave the barrier.
We didnt wait for long and the dying star exploded, blowing the impailer into pieces. I cancel out the barrier and the chucks of impailer that attaches in the barrier all fallen to the ground, creating a bloody mess. The other hunters cancel out their barriers to and walk towards near the impailer while the other remain in their places, some are vomiting because of the mess.
I search in the chunks of impailer meat to see what was contolling the impailer and it was a parasite like the one that corrupted the Leviathan but much smaller and chunkier. I was about to pick it up when it started wiggling and releasing this red sticky webs and started attaching itself to the fallen warriors that are not blown out completely by the explosion. It looks like its planning to creating its meat armor once again.
I heard screaming not from a far and saw that its attaching itself to other alive hunters to and the others are helping to dettached the webs. I started working on a black hole fast to throw the parasite inside. I created one small enough to suck in the parasite and not large enought to damage the surroundings.
I quickly pick up the parasite, throw it inside the black hole and close it, severing the webs that were attached to he hunters that without the host turns into miasma that I quickly gather. We quickly gather up and go to where the others are and they are still struggling with defeating it with how fast it is than the impailer that we just defeated.
I shouted for Daniel Craig and we did what we did with the other impailer. I created mana ropes and all the tanks held down the impailer while the others work on distracting the parasite so that I can make it explode with the death star. Everything works well like with the other impailer until the explosion, but, because it is much faster than the other one, it was able to build rebuild itself again, using the fallen warriors not blown to bits by the explosion but also the other who are alive just like what the other impailer was trying to do earlier.
Once the hunter was attached to the impailer, they were completely subdue and their life was taken out of them quickly, turning them into mindless zombie. We did once again what we did earlier but this time we do not let the parasite to rebuild itself once again, its quick but we are quicker. When it was time for making the parasite explode one more time, I was hesitant to make the parasite explode this time because of the hunters that are attach to it. I was thinking of another way to keep their body at least safe because we might be able to save them and the dead state was temporary.
The only plan I can think of is to coat each one of the hunters in protective barrier enough to keep their body intact after the explosion.
"Boss, I'm back!"-Kaya
Kaya shouted through telepathy while flying towards my direction. Great timing, she can help me with the casting the protective barrier in each of the hunter.
"This thing is new, what kind of creature is that?"-Kaya.
"There was a parasite inside it, just like the one that was controlling Zael last time but much smaller, it creates this flesh armor that can also deflect and attacks too, it uses both dead and alive warrior, anyone it can attach too with its webbing"-Demetri.
I also told her about the plan and one by one, we casted the protective barrier to each one of the attach hunter before I make the impailer explode. Everyone brace themselves for the explosion. The protective layer casted on each attached hunters work, the barrier was destroyed by the explosion but the hunters remain intact. I quickly get the parasite and toss it in the black hole.
Every healer that are on site helped with the wounded hunters, and the other hunters helped to gather the fallen hunters that were victimized by the parasite. Healers tried to revive the fallen hunters and tried the miracle potion but nothing works.
I tried to feel each hunters body to see if there is any sign of life and there is, their hearts are still beating but fading. I ask for one of the miracle potion and bless it to see if it will work, if weapons need to be blessed to work on these creature maybe, just maybe for healing potions to work, it needed to be blessed to.
After blessing one, I ask for the healer to test it out, at first nothing is happening but after waiting, the hunter started responding to the calls of the healer hunter, and finally opens it eyes.
