The others listened to Jin Tianyu's words and understood that what he meant was that the respiratory doctors likely lacked the technical skill to remove the foreign object.

Exploration is relatively easy; as long as the scope is in position, it shines a light, and you're done. Removal of the foreign object, however, is another matter entirely. Every doctor's technical skill has its limitations.

It's not necessarily that cardiology is looking down on respiratory medicine; the objective reality of this case is right here—it's possible the bronchoscope simply isn't long enough.

The observing doctors silently agreed with Jin Tianyu's statement and waited for the respiratory doctors to make their decision.
