Xie Wanying thought of some words that might console Bed Number Three and shared her own experience: "When my mom was having my brother, her situation was quite similar to yours. My dad was a driver, driving long-distance trips, and it would take him two days to get back to accompany my mom, but he couldn't make it in time. Only I accompanied my mom to the hospital. The other elders in the family couldn't come for various reasons. My mom walked alone around the labor bed, in pain, breathing heavily and unable to stand upright. I was very young at the time, watching helplessly and afraid."
