Chapter 507 - Chapter 507

In the Central Square of the City of Azensday, there was a very conspicuous building with the wings of an Angel as its symbol, and right next to it was its name, followed by a magical animation of gems falling into a large golden pot.

The building was the same size as the Cirian Gallery, made out of a similar black stone, but unlike the latter, it weighed on your heart even if you only looked at it.

There was a strange and powerful formation guarding this building, and if you stared at it for too long, it felt as though the building stared right back at you, pressing on your chest like an unseen hand.

Edithmont, the Bank of Ariel, was perhaps the safest place in the entirety of Amaya where people could come and go freely.

It was the only Bank operating in this world, and it was enough. Even in the Heavens, no other Bank could come close to its prestige, and it was the only Organisation that had no enemies at all.

Even the enemies of its Creator trusted Edithmont with their wealth, knowing well that it would never be harmed. People might not trust their own spouses and children with their belongings, but they would, without a shadow of a doubt, trust the Bank of Ariel.

Most importantly, their information was safe and it would never be shared with anyone, no matter how powerful they might be.

Despite being the oldest Bank in history, there had never been a single accusation against it, which could not be said for any other Bank that operated in the Heavens.

After showing them around the City, Safa and Daim brought them back to Central Square after Keith told them that they needed to visit the Bank.

The siblings did not ask any questions as it was quite normal to visit the Bank, and Safa too wanted to take out some money to take their guests to a High-End Restaurant for their meal.

"Welcome to Edithmont!" As soon as they entered the building and walked over to the reception, a girl with beautiful white wings on her back greeted them with a smile. "My name is Enid. How may I help you?"

"We want to withdraw some Spirit Stones." The green-haired girl smiled at the Skyian and informed her of her purpose.

"Third door, Miss Safa." Enid seemed to be familiar with the pair of siblings and pointed to the third door on the right side of the lobby.

Except for the lounge and the waiting area, there were only doors on this floor, and there were a lot of doors.

"Thank you." Daim smiled at her, clearly a little shy to look at the brown-haired Skyian, whose blue eyes seemed to gleam with gentleness.

Then again, he could not be blamed. Enid was indeed quite cute.

As soon as the siblings walked towards the door Enid guided them to, Rebecca smiled at the receptionist.

"The doors keep changing?"

"Yes, Miss." She replied. "It's for security purposes. Not that anyone would dare to cause trouble here, but we have to abide by the protocol."

"Understandable." The blonde nodded her head.

"We have come to open our Accounts," Avriel informed the girl of their purpose, and the Skyian nodded her head, giving a curious glance to her snow-white hair.

"Individual Accounts? Business Accounts? A Family Account?"

"Individual Accounts and a Family Account." Keith nodded his head.

"Would you like a Vault as well or just the Family Account?" She asked as she started working on a Holographic Screen.

"We will require Vaults for all the Accounts." He answered, and the Skyian nodded her head before she walked around the desk and asked them to follow her.

By the time she led them to one of the doors in the lobby, another Skyian had already taken her place at the Reception.

Others might not have noticed it and mistaken the second Skyian's sudden appearance as the use of Space Magic, but the three of them knew the truth. Behind the desk was a Teleportation Circle, which had been lit up by Enid, and it was how the second Skyian arrived there to take charge of the Reception.

Enid led them inside a door, right through a Spatial Curtain. The fabric of space rippled like water, cool and weightless as they stepped through, leaving behind a faint shimmer in the air as the Curtain folded itself shut.

And it was then that the Skyian magically retracted her wings inside her body.

As soon as they took their seats, the brown-haired Skyian handed them three forms for individual accounts, all made out of a strange paper that gave a metallic feel, and she asked them to fill it out with a Magical Pen that required their Aura and Mana to work.

"Please, do not enter any false information. It will be detected in the next Verification process, and your accounts will not be registered with us in the future." She advised, and the three of them nodded their heads before reading the form.

All they had to submit were their True Names, an Alias if they wished to use it for Official Transactions, and the names of their Heirs and other Beneficiaries, who would be able to access these accounts in case of their death.

Additionally, if they wished to use their Individual Accounts for Official Trades, they needed to provide an Address. This Address was going to be on every Official Trade they would make on Amaya. Therefore, providing your address was an important factor to show your legitimacy.

"What if you don't have an Address?" Keith asked, and Enid smiled at him.

"Then you won't be able to use your Accounts for Official Trades."

"Ouch." Rebecca giggled.

"You can submit the Address of the Bank if you want, and we will be responsible for contacting you in case any Trade Partner of yours needs to get in touch with you. However, please keep in mind that most Businesses and Individuals who want to make an Official Trade hesitate when they see the Address of the Bank as the Primary Address."

"Understandable." The blonde nodded her head as she put the Address of the Bank as the Primary Address, and then raised her head to look at Enid. "Can I put the name of the Aventine Academy as the secondary address?" She curiously asked.

"Do you belong to it?" The Skyian curiously raised her brow.

"Not yet. I plan to go there."

Enid seemed a little confused when she saw the smile on Rebecca's face, but before she could shake her head, the blonde spoke again.

"My case is special. I belong there and it is like my home."

Hearing her words, the Skyian hesitated a little.

"You may put the address, but I would not advise you to do it. You might end up in a lot of trouble with the Academy, and the address cannot be changed again until the previous address has been verified. These are the rules you must follow when submitting the addresses of prestigious organisations of the world."

"Thank you." The blonde smiled at her and then proceeded to add the address of the Academy of Aventine as her Secondary Address.

Avriel too did the same, and seeing her add the same address, the blonde smiled a little.

Even though she was expecting that Avriel would come with her, she was truly glad to see it finally happen.

Keith, on the other hand, after listening to their conversation, did not proceed to add the address of the Arcadia Archonos. He could always add it later after entering the Academy.

As for the transaction that they would have to make with Ziar for the Agaurum, they could use Rebecca or Avriel's account for it.

When the three of them handed back their forms, Enid curiously looked at them after reading everything they had filled out.

"Rebecca Abigail Demiliore. Avriel Jean Demiliore. Keith Argus Demiliore. Your aliases are Abigail, Jean, and Argus."

"Yes." The White Princess smiled. "And yes, he is my father as well as my husband."

Though surprised because marriages between parents and children were not common in Lower Heaven, Enid was not too curious about the matter. Rare as it was, you did come across such cases once in a while.

She just wanted to make sure that they had submitted the correct information.

"You have left out the names of your Heirs and Beneficiaries." She looked at Keith. "If you don't submit them, in case of your death, all your children will receive an equal share of your fortune."

"I understand." He smiled, and the Skyian nodded her head before she used her Magic and started creating some Runes on the forms.

She was using a strange spell, which none of them could see through, and then she took out three crystals and crushed them.

As soon as the three Crystals were crushed, the forms started melting, and the liquid started to merge with the crushed glass, forming new Crystals, which were metallic and in the shade of their respective Auras.

"To complete the process, a drop of your blood is required," Enid told them, and the three smiled at her before they raised their fingers, making small incisions on the tips, and letting a drop of blood flow out and merge with their respective Crystals.

As soon as the Crystals received their blood, they lit up in a bright light, and even Enid was amazed at how bright it was.

However, before the light could blind them, the Crystals suddenly disappeared, as if they had been called away by something or someone.

The Skyian looked at the three of them in sheer disbelief, but she did not raise any questions. And she also understood now why the two girls were married to their father.

"Thank you." Her voice wavered a little, and then she quickly took a pamphlet and showed it to them. "These are the types of Vaults we have, their specifications, perks, and their respective annual charges are listed next to them. If you are the Head of the Family, you can simply open a Family Account and order a Vault. Everyone related to you by Blood and in an Official Relationship, including your bonded Shadows, will have access to the Family Vault. You can, of course, block any member from accessing it by informing the Bank."

"Alright." He nodded to her.

"The larger Family Vaults require more than seven Family Members. If there are only three of you, the largest Vault you can purchase is the Three Star Family Vault. It has a total space of 160 Cubic Metres." Enid informed them. "In essence, any Vault, be it the One Star Vault that is available to Individual Accounts, can prove more than enough. You can store your things inside the Storage Treasures and put those Storage Treasures inside your Vaults. However, transfers of larger things will become an issue since you cannot transfer anything directly from one Storage Treasure to another Storage Treasure when inside the Vault. Whatever you want to take away has to be first taken out in the Vault so that it can be registered under the name of the individual who is taking it away. Yes, alternatively, you can directly take away the Storage Treasure and everything inside it. A lot of people operate this way."

Keith nodded to her and kept looking at all the Vaults and their specifications.

Enid had not told them this, but looking at the requirements of the Vaults, at best, someone could only buy a Five Star Family Vault, but she was giving them the option to buy even the Seven Star Vault, the Highest Grade of a Vault that was available in the Heavens. All because the purity and potential of their Bloodline deemed them as the absolute Nobles in the Heavens.

The Seven Star Vault had a total space of 1060 Cubic Metres, similar to the Highest Grade Storage Treasure of the Heaven Rank, and it had its own perks. Of course, the annual charges were also quite expensive.

"We have more than enough Family Members, and they will be here to register their accounts in the next two hours. We will take the Seven Star Vault."

It was going to cost them a million Spirit Stones in annual charges, but they did not care about this sum. It was worth it.

There were limitations on how much someone could withdraw from their Account or Family Account daily, but you could withdraw as many Spirit Stones as you wanted if you had them stored directly inside your Vault.

Not to mention the equipment or carcasses of Magical Beasts that they could keep inside the Vault, ready to be withdrawn by anyone from their Family, from anywhere in the world.

"Very well." Enid was elated at his decision and quickly went through the procedure of setting up a Family Account and Vault for him.

A short while later, she was looking at a Book, and there was a frown on her face.

"You have three daughters and wives by the name of Rouxi, Feifei, and Roulan?"

"Yes." He answered, smiling a little. "Would they be able to access the Family Account?"

"No." Enid shook her head. "They will have to wait until your Ascension to the Heavens. Only after the Head of the Family has ascended and accessed their Family Vault in the Heavens can the Family Members access the Vault from the different worlds in the Lower Heaven."

"I see."

"However, since they are your daughters, and you officially acknowledge them, they will be counted as your family. You only need one more family member to access the Vault. Until then, it will remain dormant."

Enid said and then handed over shining Crystal Cards that suddenly appeared on the table.

There were also some floating Runes on the cards, no words or information, but they could sense that these cards held their essence.

"Do we need to visit the Vault?"

"They have already been created and are bound to you. You can visit them if you want, or you can ask us to transfer things to your Individual Vaults."

"We will visit them later." Rebecca shook her head, and after Keith paid 1,003,400 Spirit Stones in fees, the three of them left the office and arrived inside the Lobby.

Opening an account was not expensive. You only needed 100 Spirit Stones for it, but the Individual Vaults each cost 1000 Spirit Stones. These 1000 Spirit Stones were the annual charges of the Vault that needed to be paid in advance.

The cost of opening a Family Account was also 100 Spirit Stones, but since Keith had asked for the Seven Star Vault, he had to pay a Million Spirit Stones in advance.

"You took your time." Daim smiled at them when he saw them coming, and stood up from the couch. "Shall we go and grab something to eat now? I am famished."

"Of course. You guys go ahead, I will join you later with a few more members of my family. Do you want to see magic?" Keith smiled at the pair of siblings, who curiously looked at him after they heard his words, but before they could respond, their eyes widened in disbelief when he suddenly teleported away.

"He can use Space Magic?!" The boy exclaimed, making Rebecca and Avriel giggle at his response.

"Yes. Let's go to the restaurant that you were telling us about."

It took a few seconds for Daim to recover his wits, but then he smiled and happily nodded his head.

"Let's go."
