Kyo and the other female are ready to move to Hokage Tower, as Kyo said.
"Tsuna-Hime," Tsunade turned toward him as he continued. "Is that old Hokage in the Hokage building?" Kyo asks Tsunade as she replies.
"Yeah, he is. He takes my place for today; why?" Tsunade asks as she crosses her arm under her breast.
"Well, that is great. I didn't want people to see me yet. I didn't want to cause chaos in the village as Walking Dead walking in the streets yet." Kyo said as he covered his head with a hoodie.
"That makes sense, so what are we going to do?" Tsunade reply.
"Simple, here." Kyo held his hands out. "Hold my hand, and everyone grabs on me." The female holds on to Kyo, but Zangya suddenly hugs Kyo as she receives a glare from everyone.
Kyo sighs once again as he puts two fingers to his forehead, and they all disappear in a blink.

The female has a light head except for Zangya when suddenly they all arrive inside the Hokage building, shocking the old Hokage and the hiding Anbu.
The old Hokage falls from his chair as he receives a laugh from Kyo.
Hiruzen didn't know who this person was, but he saw Tsunade and another female he knew suddenly appear, making him wonder how they were doing that.
"Gezz, can you give us a warning next time?" Sakura said as she rubbed her head.
"Gomen Sakura-chan, hehe, I still trying to get used to it." Kyo reply.
Hiruzen looked at the female inside his room when suddenly they appeared out of nowhere.
"Tsunade! What is going on? Why do you and the other suddenly appear, and who are those two?" Hiruzen begins to ask.
Tsunade wants to answer her sensei's question but she feels Kyo hold her shoulder and sees a smile under the hoody. Tsunade went silent and understood what Kyo was going to do.
Kyo begins to walk in front of Hokage's desk Hiruzen sees Kyo smile at him.
"Who are you, young man?" Hiruzen asks as Tsunade begins to giggle with hands covering her mouth.
"Is long time no see Hokage-sama or my I say. Sensei..." Kyo said as Hiruzen was confused for a second Hiruzen's old mind began to strike a memory.
"T-That voice... I know it from somewhere... Kenshi? Is that you?" Hiruzen looks shocked when Kyo pulls down his hoody and reveals his entire face.
Hiruzen's face from shock turned to a teary smile as he said to Kyo. "Y-You alive!?"
"Yes, Sensei, alive and breathing." Kyo reply.
Hiruzen stood up as he walked closer to Kyo, put his hand on Kyo's shoulder, and said. "I am so glad you are here Kenshi... But how?"
"Well....."

Kyo explains everything to old Hokage as he says he is being transferred to another world where they didn't have a chakra to live with and train with other Ki masters that are 1000 times stronger than Kyo at the time.
"W-What? How?" Hiruzen asks as the old Hokage is shocked.
"Simple... Anyone who powers above 30,000 can destroy a planet if they want to, and if they are above 100,000, they can destroy the planet without even trying. Or my, I say with a finger." Kyo said with a serious face. "Whoever sends me there must be a million times stronger than me."
Kyo noticed they all faced sweatdrops as he pointed to Zangya and said. "And I not finish, Zangya here is a thousand times stronger than all of you. Believe it or not, when I first met her, I was not near her power."
Everyone looks at Zangya with wide eyes as Zangya itself scoffs and turns away from them.
"I can believe it... all this time, I thought we were kinda strong and stood tall among live beings, but the truth is we just insects that are ready to be crushed," Hiruzen said as he looked down to his table in the face of disbelieve, same with the other Kunoichi.
Kyo looks at everyone as he fires the Ki Aura, making everyone look at him as he says.
"Don't be sad, everyone, because, from insect, I will train you all to become Monkey!" The whole room becomes silent as Kyo notices what he is saying. "Uh... Sorry when I train with Vegeta sensei, that is the word he said to me. Maybe we can change that to Dragon?"
Silent passed by as the female giggled, and the old Hokage chuckled and said. "Dragon is good, but I like Monkey more."
Kyo laughs as he rubs the back of his head.
"So how will we reveal Kenshi present to public eyes?" Tsunade begins to ask.
Hiruzen and the others begin to think about it. Kyo smirked as he coughed to get everyone's attention and said.
"Hey, listen, why not Tsuna-hime introduce me back into the village and explain what happened to me?"
"No can't do that. What if another village going to attack us? what if Akatsuki is going to capture you?" Tsunade protested; she didn't want any of that going to happen.
"None of that will happen soon," Kyo said as Tsunade looked at Kyo. "I sense powerful energy very far from here."
"Powerful energy?" Sakura asks as suddenly something clicks in her mind. "A-Asura?"
Then everyone is shocked again as Kyo nods.
"But how? You killed him years ago!" Asuka said.
"Saiyan has a durable body, and my attack wasn't enough to kill him that time," Kyo said. "And I think he probably knows that I'm alive; the second I arrive on this planet."
Hiruzen was silent for a second, staring into space as suddenly he stood up and said to Kyo.
"Kyo Uchiha. Tell me the truth. How strong are you now?"
Kyo notices the seriousness in old Hokage, but before he can say a word, Kyo feels two people walking toward the Hokage's office; Kyo quickly pulls his hoody to his head to cover his face. Everyone notices this as the door opens and reveals Homura and Koharu, these two are council members; they sometimes have more power than Hokage itself.
"Excuse us, oh." Homura saw there were many people inside the Hokage room. "I didn't notice you have a guess, Hiruzen, but it's time for a council meeting."
"If you here want to talk about CRA, that will put on Naruko and me. You are a big mistake! I will Neve!-" Tsunade's words stop when Hiruzen holds her shoulder.
"Tsunade, stop." Hiruzen looked at two elders as he said. "And before we go, I will invite this young man with me."
Tsunade and Kyo look at Old Hokage as Tsunade has something click inside her mind, but Kyo doesn't. Kyo has no Idea about the CRA thing even from his past life memorize, but if his old sensei wants him with them, this must be something big, or Hiruzen wants to reveal him to the council first.
"Why? This is for council members and head clan only." Koharu asks.
"He someone impotent to this village, now everyone dismisses, Tsunade and you come with me." Hiruzen pointed to Kyo as he nodded and said to the female.
"Well, I meet you at Ichiraku stall?"
The female nods as Kyo, Tsunade, and Olders walk out of the room, leaving Shizune, Sakura, Asuka, and Zangya.

Kyo entered the council room and he saw a large round table and many head clans and council members.
Kyo saw Hiashi sitting on Hyuga's chair. Female Kiba, or more correctly, Kiba's mother, is seated on Inuzuka's chair. Shino's father is seated on Aburame's chair.
Kyo somehow gets memorized. He saw a younger of the three as he smiled and walked to the side of Tsunade. Then he saw another head clan, like Choji's father, Shikamaru's father, and Ino's father.
Kyo saw Danzo, Homura, and Koharu with other council members sitting next to each other. Kyo notices an empty chair from Uzumaki and Uchiha.
Hiruzen made a queue to sit in Uchiha's chair but Kyo didn't want to.
"So let's get the meeting started already," Danzo said as he looked at Kyo and ignored him for now.
Koharu stood up as she said. "We will start CRA, Tsunade-sama will be put under CRA to keep the Senju bloodline alive, and Naruko Uzumaki will also be put under CRA when she returns to the village."
"Wait, hold on! What does CRA mean?" Kyo can't help to ask as everyone looks at him.
"CRA is short for Clan Restoration Arc, who put under CRA will give time to find their marriage partner," Homura explains.
"Then, what happens to them if they are out of time?" Kyo asks again.
"Breading Machine," Tsunade replied with a glare at the council.
"What... so you going to put Tsuna-him to sleep with a man she didn't know every day until she got pregnant!" Kyo raises his voice and Ki. Kyo gets it now, how the system works and is mad they put Naruko and Tsunade under CRA.
"T-Tsuna-Hime?" Koharu begins to ask, slightly shaken like the other council members and the whole room starts to shake because of Kyo Ki Aura.
"I won't let you all do that to THEM!" The whole room started to crack as Anbu came out of nowhere to cover Tsunade and Hiruzen.
"What kinda power is this!?" Danzo asked as he got his own Anbu to protect him.
Tsunade pushes Anbu away as she slowly walks toward Kyo and hugs him.
"Kenshi is okay. Calm down; they won't do anything to me, Naruko, as long we choose you." Tsunade said as suddenly Ki Aura disappeared, with Kyo looking confused.
"Eh?"
"W-What was that?" Shikaku A.K.A Shikamaru's dad, said.
"I don't know, but that power..." Inoichi A.K.A Ino's father said.
"Ki, Energy of life force," Hiruzen explains.
"How?! The last Ki user was dead three years ago!" Council Woman said.
"That's not important right now. Did Tsunade-sama just call him Kenshi!?" Other Council Members point out to confuse Kyo.
Hiruzen cleared his throat and said. "Everyone, meet Kenshi Uchiha, or in this life, we call him Kyo Uchiha, the only Ki user we have."
