RED ORBS' TERRITORY
When Krasny saw the bodies of the two Skinwalkers on the ground, he realized how much some humans hated werewolves. They had just compromised the only thing that could stop the wizard who endangered even humans just to have a chance to annihilate them. Even though they had seen how dangerous Black was and what damage the former Servant of Talamh can do, they had chosen to compromise their future and that of their country just to kill them.
The alpha clenched his fists and lowered his head. He was trying to calm the anger rising in him. He was furious both at these humans who didn't understand anything and at him who hadn't protected the Skinwalkers when he knew that Hunters might do something shady. Now everything was wasted.
His teeth clenched until a pain appeared in his jaw. A faint noise reached him and Krasny heard a mechanical sound. It was something he had heard before when he lived in the wildlands. The chime of one of the Hunters' death machines.
