Lexi paced around in her room with an anguished look on her face. How could she not when everything around her was going wrong? Nothing made sense to her anymore. She had been reduced from being a tribe's Queen to nothing but a measly princess in her maiden tribe. Yes, here she received honor and respect, but that's it. The most important thing, 'Power,' was out of her hands.
Back in the Eagle tribe, she basked in the glory and advantages she received from having power. Power meant more to her. More than anything else. The things she did around the Fox tribe right now were nothing but temporary. Once again, whatever power she held while handling the tribe will be snatched from her hands once her brother decides to take in a mate.
