Chapter 157 - Time to go

I happily dressed in a simple ensemble. There were crowds gathered at the edge of Tsar. Some were protesting that I was going to sleep. They were saying that the monsters were still roaming so I shouldn't be allowed to sleep. There were people who were wondering what would happen if I passed out. They watched the screen as a sarcophagus of Soren was brought to the front courtyard and the blood waking ceremony was done. Soren gave his speech. He extended a frail hand to grab a hold of mine. We walked in and the doors shut to ensure no one saw the sleeping ceremony. Soren signed the documents and I took a deep breath as I retracted my shield and the zombies were nuts. Like someone had rung the dinner bell. The borders request for back up so TRD was sent over. Humans can be resourceful so we made a fake video and I changed gowns. The humans believe the entire ceremony to be fake so they requested to see me napping in the sarcophagus. But no one took heed. Several helixes took off. Some had the werewolf council members. Others with fake sarcophagus. I turned into a white dog while my husband turned into a werewolf. We were transported to several different places before we landed in the Svalbard archipelago.

Whatever happens now is none of my business. A few eighteen wheelers drove out too. We were one while the others were going to collect supplies. The trip was short and I was happy to disembark. Midnight sun here we come. I sensed around for drones while the security searched for cameras. Once all cleared was established my security jumped out. We hopped on a different helix and we were off. The helix took seventeen hours to get there. The view was amazing. Villas dotted here and there. Mine in the middle. Let the fun begin. The nocturnals there gave a round of applause as they welcomed us. The nocturnal population had found a way to remain resilient. I was happy to see them all. Roland and my husband Oleg checked my Villa and then Oleg carried me in like we were newlyweds. That's the fun thing about being married to a werewolf. Everyday is an excuse to show affection
