The seer was insulting Legion and calling them a prideful fool who thinks he is the strongest person in the world and can defeat every god in existence simply because he managed to defeat the god of dreams as a godling.
But Legion-12 didn't take offense at the insult. He remained confident as he said, "I know that not every god is the same. I am not a fool. Or did you think that I managed to survive and grow this strong because I was lucky, not because I was smart?"
Then he said, "Just as I know that every god is not the same, I also want you to know that because you were not scared of the god of dreams doesn't mean that you shouldn't be scared of me."
The seer shook his head and said, "Fine. Maybe I should treat you differently. But your deal is not good enough for me."
"I must have what I was promised by the god of dreams, or this whole endeavor looking for you would have been a loss for me. I did my part, so I must have what I was promised."
