Shard spoke and slightly turned his head to look at the early spring night outside the window of the carriage in Tobesk, watching the dim glow of the gas lamps on the street pass by the side of the carriage:
"Galina, if that Earl had a little accident locally, would it affect the negotiations?"
"Of course, it would cause a diplomatic issue, but as long as it's not locally, there would be no problem."
Shard nodded:
"I understand."
Miss Galina observed his thoughtful appearance and continued:
"This is the first time I've seen you proactively come up with bad ideas. In my opinion, you're the kind of person who... doesn't care much about the law, but cares a lot about morality."
