"A letter from Princess Margaret, telling me she'll help me investigate the descendants of the Edwards Family in Velindale, but it will take time. Also, there's a secret mission for Ace Agent Grey Hawk."
After Margaret finished her visit to Tobesk, Shard, according to the agreement with Lecia, informed Lecia about Detective Sparrow. This was considered a thorough conclusion to Sparrow's "Grey Hawk" identity, letting Shard complete this final task for him.
Of course, Shard did not give up the "Grey Hawk" identity. All future tasks would be assigned to Shard as "Grey Hawk II", personally designated by Margaret, which would not harm Detective Sparrow's reputation.
