Shard had just witnessed the opponent having strong resistance to "Moonlight," but the monster distinctly avoided his "Thunder Spear."
So, after finally controlling the enemy with a trap, Shard used his intact left hand to rotate the wooden staff single-handedly, changed his hand posture, grasped the middle of the long staff, and raised it.
Behind him, on the Ring of Fate, the Thunder Spirit Rune flickered with piercing spiritual light. Shard took a deep breath, and as the silver-white lightning appeared first in his palm, the lightning spread along the entire wooden staff until it was entirely enveloped in the silver-white lightning, turning it into a giant Thunder Spear.
Charging a spell took time, causing the monster surrounded by the Moonlight Thicket to recover, but before it could once again attack the surrounding thorns, Shard had completed the final charge.
