"Are we rested enough, guys?"
We collapsed on the slope of the hill! I'm not trying to be dramatic, we literally collapsed. Our energy hit rock bottom, and neither potions nor short breathers were doing any good. A long rest was exactly what we all needed, and so that's what we did. After devouring the last of the grub, we sat in silence and listened to ourselves. After beating three orcs with the help of our totems, there were so many points to go over.
For the first time, we witnessed our mage's ice skill fail to neutralize an enemy. When we comfortably slaughtered the seven orcs, I expected things to go off without a hitch again, but we struggled big time because of the shaman orc's skill.
You all know about the last battle. When the buffed Fallens also packed a debuff feature, we were forced to call for backup. You can't help but wonder, what if we didn't have the totems given to us as the Starter Village reward?
