Is it seven, eight, or maybe ten? I honestly have no idea. As the years tick by, I am on the verge of losing my perception of time. Ever since I first spawned into this physical vessel as a spectator, I can clearly see my own energy depleting. In contrast, the other energy is growing significantly stronger with every passing day.

Especially ever since he started attending what I suppose I could call a school—though I've never actually seen a place quite like it—its growth rate has spiked incredibly hard. Every single morning, I board the same train that the two individuals this body registers as its family drop me off at. Ninety-nine other kids around my level fill the cabins right alongside me.

Not a single peep from anyone. No chatting, no joking around, and none of that bratty trash-talk you'd expect from kids their age. Everyone is strictly minding their own business like veteran workers just a few years away from retirement.
