"Are you also interested in alchemy?"
Celia noticed the alchemy books Adam was consulting and suddenly understood.
Could it be that he was minoring in alchemy?
That made sense.
Much of alchemy's knowledge was recorded in books, and it was indeed difficult to improve through practical experience alone.
However, in recent times, with the existence of simplified goatskin scrolls, alchemy had almost been phased out.
"Yes, a little."
Adam looked up at Celia and asked, "Do you know the Alchemy Society?"
"Of course I do. Why? Do you want to join?"
Celia spoke naturally. "Maer is a senior in the fourth year. His alchemy group at the academy has been recruiting externally. If you want to join, I think he would welcome you."
Adam asked curiously, "Maer?"
"Maer Jackalese. He is from the Jackalese family. Membership in the Alchemy Society is by recommendation, so joining through his introduction would be easier, but you first have to prove your skills."
