Some formed their own groups or took on a new position in the White Storm, while others retired or went looking for another place that could give them what they wanted or suited their needs.
The groups under each of the inner circle leaders of the White Storm may have improved over time, but there were several changes and losses that happened as time went on.
That only worsened as certain groups that had one speciality were no longer able to work with other groups that had another specialty, which could provide certain cooperation and assistance to them.
Everyone was either split up by the Red Line or they were split up further among the islands that were occupied by the White Storm, unless they were gathered together.
Some of those people were staying in Ness KIngdom, where they were busy with their own things, as there was much to do there, and they rarely came above sea.
Among those groups that had existed, there were those under Medea, Bunbun and Ashwin who had either joined them in space or had been sent elsewhere.
Each large group was put together at the beginning of the White Storm, but it had undergone many changes over the years.
Those groups may have started out by splitting up existing members and placing others there with each new addition, but as each member gained more fame, their groups started to take on new forms as new people joined, inspired by them.
They were not just there for the White Storm, as there were many who only joined to be a part of the same group as one of the members of the White Storm.
If the leaders were not there, then there could be a second or third in command to hold things together, but they would not be able to handle everything, as they would have had to face many difficult situations without their leader being around.
The group under Medea was made up of like-minded people she picked up on her journey before her activities of liberating slaves and taking them under her wing.
Those people either joined her in space or they had to be sent somewhere else to provide protection or another way to live and work without Medea being there.
Some slaves settled on one of the newly developed islands, another portion was sent to the Revolutionary Army, and others were brought to the Ness Kingdom.
The groups under Bunbun and Ashwin were not too big, so a lot of them could be brought with them, while others were redistributed to other areas, like some mechanics and dial technology specialists found a place to work, or were sent back to Ness Kingdom.
The group under Jester was a prime example of there being a need for change to happen, as some of those under his leadership had begun to splinter in various ways after he joined the Mercy Kingdom and became Arthur Harlequin.
Some were more like loyal followers who idolised him, so they ended up following him to Mercy Kingdom, which had been renamed Haven.
Others were only there to make sure that the base there was being developed and that relations with Haven were progressing smoothly.
Others were more involved with underworld matters in the New World since Jester was no longer there to supervise them; someone else had to take over.
If there was one benefit, then it was that the group gained control over the No-Name District after Alice or Zero returned to her home.
Not only was a territory gained, but some who did not move to Haven decided to stick around, so they ended up being integrated into that underworld group.
Those left were distributed into smaller groups or went solo as they were more involved with certain departments, like the mercenary or adventurer departments.
There was less unity as everything had been more spread out and was splitting up even more without any real order to keep things together and strong.
If the Four Emperors had something in common, then it was that their powers kept each other in check, and they had it spread out among their territories.
They had to worry about moving around their own people, as those groups would be there to protect those territories for them.
The situation was a little similar for the White Storm in Paradise and in the New World.
All it took was for a big event to take place for that power to be shaken in just one of those territories that the White Storm occupied.
That was why it became even more important for there to be a special force that could move around and solve certain problems effectively, just like how the Straw Hat pirates were made up of a crew that kept them all together on one ship.
If there was a skill set that was needed, then someone would need to fill in for it.
If there was a fatal flaw in one or many, then there needed to be someone who could make up for that.
That was when the idea for a special task force being built came to mind, but more in the form of a special crew under the White Storm that could handle all kinds of matters on land or at sea.
Alyssia had finished making several Mink Tribe Zoan Devil Fruits with different models, so she had many to distribute.
When coordinating with Alfred and Aizah, Alyssia was able to set aside some that could be sent over to give the special task force the edge it needed in terms of extra power.
The extra weapons or tools provided were either made by Zihaojin, Nica or Ashwin, while some among them required some cooperation between them and add different features to them.
The twin revolvers were specially made for Patsy Maddox, while the type of Devil Fruit was chosen based on the information that had been provided by the questionnaire, as a pony seemed to fit her most, resulting in her current transformation.
