Chapter 594 - Ness Kingdom 4

The developments that were being made related to laws and other related issues in the White Storm were already progressing smoothly as Alyssia provided ideas from her previous life.

Upon hearing of the success of developing such things, those in Ness Kingdom grew more interested in it all and wished to learn more, which resulted in the present situation, as that knowledge was put to further use and developed further.

Alyssia may have had insights from her previous life, but some of them were slightly less suited to the present world and could not be so easily implemented in a way that everyone could accept.

Sometimes, change needed to be made slowly, which was why Alyssia left the rest to them to handle.

Perhaps she could have had the system create a suitable way forward using the combination of skills she could put together related to those topics, but that would just take the fun out of it.

It was much more fun for her to watch as others found their own way with a little guidance being given along the way, rather than having them all just follow a set pattern that had been drawn up by the system.

There were even times when Alyssia had to not rely on her system so much when it came to her own development, as it could give her the best path suitable for her to train and develop her skills, but sometimes choosing the best available path was not always the best or right one.

It was just the path that had been the most developed and seemed the best, while others, not developed or explored further, could provide new routes that could suit her better or had much greater potential.

Some system calculations could eliminate certain forms and movements as they would seem less efficient or not work with most others, so it could result in them not being included or developed by the system when combinations were made.

If something was deemed as being incorrect or ineffective from the collective data and calculations, then it did not mean that it was completely correct.

It could not calculate everything to perfection, as it had limitations on how much it could fully grasp and calculate.

Things like martial arts may have included complex algorithms to calculate many things, but they still needed to be put into practice by the user.

There were some things that only humans could fully understand and grasp in other ways that the calculations could not account for.

Alyssia may have taken some breaks when it came to relaxing her body and cutting down on her martial arts, but she still practised whenever she had time, and she did not always stick to the usual things she had been using.

Sometimes she would select a couple of beginner to advanced martial arts skills to practice and play with, rather than stick to her SSS grade combined leg martial art skill.

Just practising those and exploring the possibilities hidden within each of them was fun for her, but as she did that, the system was able to gather more data that was useful to help improve the mastery of those skills further and refine them.

They may have seemed useless at first, but her talent for leg martial arts and her present mastery helped to make greater strides forward.

Those seemingly insignificant skills started to provide more data that way, allowing more routes to be unlocked that were not discovered before.

In some ways, the skills and knowledge the system collected could be seen as puzzle pieces that would be put together to form a completed puzzle.

Not all of the skills collected would be a completed puzzle that fit with the already existing puzzle pieces that had been put together, so the place they fit needed to be found; otherwise, it would remain left out to the side of the completed puzzles.

Once they became more complete, the less of the puzzle pieces would be missing for that puzzle, and it would be easier to understand why that piece fit there but not with the others.

Those new routes would provide even more data that would back up things that were not included before, allowing for the combined skill to undergo various changes.

That was around the time that she was able to break free of her reliance on the system and its limitations.

It was there as a training aid and to help her, but it did not give her all of the answers and solutions.

Sometimes, taking the wrong path was the correct path in some ways, and not following a set script designed for success would be more rewarding.

If there was anything that taught her that, then it was watching her allies develop the way they wished, as they each had the unique perspectives that would make them choose differently from what guidance Alyssia may have provided.

There were many skills just for those related to martial arts in the One Piece world.

Some were highly developed and were seen as perfect in every way, but there were still many ways to counter and overcome them, so they were still far from being absolutely perfect.

Even the existing skills were developed from scratch until they reached the current state they are in, just like how the existing Six Powers were developed for the World Government and the Marines.

Even if such high-level skills did exist, it did not mean that they were absolutely the best that could ever be made, and it most certainly did not mean that they would be suitable for everyone who tried to use them.

If there was one factor to count, then it was that not everyone had the same body type, whether it was their body size or shape.

Others from different tribes and races would not always be so suitable for something that had mainly been developed for humans to grow stronger.

The martial arts of the humans were the most developed in the One Piece world, while there were some other special techniques suited to some other races, but they were far rarer as they were not too widespread and developed.
