Watch Town was a small town established by the Observer organization at the entrance to the Abyss Plane.
Unlike ordinary towns that spread horizontally from a central town square, Watch Town, due to the nature of the Abyss being a downwardly extending "hole," was built vertically down the sides of the pit in a circular fashion.
This three-dimensional city layout somewhat resembled the magical urban landscape of Chongqing in China. You might think you're on the first floor, only to find yourself on the rooftop upon looking over the railing.
However, regardless of the level, looking outward from the railing revealed nothing but a bottomless darkness below.
