Song Chi took Zhou Yun's hand in his, holding it in his palm, "This trip was worth it."
Zhou Yun asked, "How about you? Did your work as a jury member go smoothly?"
"I argued with people quite a bit, but in the end, I managed to secure an award for the movie I liked," Song Chi smiled. "It's not easy being a jury member, so of course, I have to make it count."
Zhou Yun nodded and said, "Of course, there's no point in being a jury member if you're going to play the peacemaker."
Everybody had quite a bit to drink.
Happy.
Zhou Yun and Song Chi drunkenly returned to the hotel and slept until almost noon the next day.
If they didn't get up soon, they would miss their flight back to China, so Zhou Lan had no choice but to go wake them up.
Zhou Yun covered her head and yawned.
"Quick, get up, pack your things, we're heading back!" Even Zhou Lan's urging was filled with joy, there was no need to ask – she must have made and received plenty of calls from yesterday to today.
