Christine Quinn and Rebecca Quentin sat on the sofa in the room with Mrs. Geoffrey, Christine said, "Didn't you say the family could have a meal together?"
"I've been apart from Oversky for so many years... This is my first time celebrating his birthday, and I was wondering whether to throw him a birthday party?"
Becca chuckled, "Mom, do you think brother-in-law is still a child? If you really throw him a party, I'm afraid he wouldn't come home tonight."
Christine nodded in agreement, "I don't think it's necessary… he knows your intentions."
Mrs. Geoffrey sighed lightly, "I always want to make it up to him."
"Howard Geoffrey said he would stay in New York for at least another six months because of the TSOL project, so you still have that time to spend with him," Rebecca said.
"I hope he can be a little happier. I owe him too much..." Mrs. Geoffrey's downhearted voice was filled with guilt.
Christine gently embraced Mrs. Geoffrey, "I think one day he'll understand you."
