Blushing more tenderly than a ripe lychee.
His Adam's apple bobbed slightly twice, and he just smiled.
He found her exceptionally adorable.
But Jiang Ruan was already flustered by him, her mind blank. That smile completely threw her off balance.
Yan Chi wasn't someone who laughed often. When he did, it was usually with a touch of formal politeness. But today's smile...
Dazzled her eyes, tangled her heart.
Truly deadly.
Jiang Ruan didn't know if her face just now was red, but now... it was definitely on fire.
...
The way the two acted, in the eyes of others at the swimming pool, appeared entirely different.
From their angle, when Yan Chi suddenly leaned over, blocking Jiang Ruan's face, it looked like the two of them were...
Kissing!
"Wow, that girl just said she and senior were only friends. What are they doing?"
"Senior truly is something else, surprising us all in one go."
"At least be considerate of us singles in a public place."
