Many years later
A woman was running for her life and suddenly trees were falling around her and she was crying with injuries all over her body,she decide to hide behind a big tree where she notice suddenly the tree was moving,she look back scared and saw queen omolewa,she bow and said my queen please forgive me while bursting into tears,the queen said why will you betray our coven and my trust in you, you are my bestfriend Aina, I taught you magic and made you who you are why will you try to destroy my family. Aina was sobbing and begging for forgiveness ,Aina try to make a run for it but omolewa see through her scheme and cast a binding spell to make her stay where she is (duro) and she use a knife to slit her throat using her blood for sacrifice and drinking her blood in the process.there was a heavy thunderstorm blowing through the forest then omolewa lay a curse on aina and her generation to no longer have the power to cast spell and she left her corpse in the forest for the bird to feast on.Getting home she saw babatunde looking worried,she ask my husband why this moody face ,he reply did you kill Aina already,we are suppose to make her suffer and you gave her an easy way out when she is meant to suffer with all her generation to come, omolewa said she is dead and she made all her descendant powerless ,babatunde angrily said you tap into black magic and you know there is a price for that kind of magic and we banned it for good reason, remember what happen to grandmom and your mom , you could have turn her to a mad woman instead. A little boy came in crying , omolewa rush saying my boy what wrong with you ,the father said he is fine, he was sleeping when I left his room maybe he had a nightmare again and I'm sure something is wrong with this boy, omolewa said he is fine nothing is wrong with him,baby tell me what you dream about and the boy said mom I had a dream of a tree calling me, I went to the tree and I couldn't see you or dad anymore I was very scared mom I don't want to lose you both mom he continue crying non-stop.
Omolewa reply irepo you are going to be fine trust me no one can take you away from us,I and your dad love you very and we are going to protect you .
Few days later irepo went out to meet his friends who were playing hide and seek suddenly he felt a strange presence, his eyes turned red,the sky were going dark ,he heard a voice calling his name he follow the sound down to a tree, he saw dead bodies coming out of the ground suddenly..........a hand grab him and drag him into the tree.
His friends look for him for hours and they couldn't find him,as the day was getting dark they all decide to tell his parent what happen , omolewa was heartbroken and she try every means to find the boy and the police were involve ,the search went on for over 20 days But irepo wasn't found
Babatunde wasn't really concern about the search but he try all means to console his wife.he stood by her side wept off her tears when she is crying and ask her to move on
Omolewa never gave up on irepo
