"So, what's the deal? Is he telling the truth?" Siens gave a signal to his main assistant.
"It does seem to be the case," Siens's aide replied, "This is the regulation for every civilization joining the Universal Alliance. If there is no private seller, it automatically belongs to the civilization within the jurisdiction."
"Damn, how can there be such absurdities?" Siens cursed under his breath.
But even so, he had a way to deal with it.
"Mr. Zhang Menglong, putting the facts aside, although you financed the purchase of Earth, this doesn't necessarily represent the wishes of all humans. You probably don't have the qualification to make such a decision on behalf of humanity."
