"Driver, to Xuanlong Temple." Zhang Menglong got into a taxi and immediately headed towards the temple.
The ancient temple was located on the outskirts of the city, about an hour's drive away. After going through two attacks by the Grim Reaper earlier, Zhang Menglong felt somewhat drowsy, but he forced himself to stay alert, as this was the time when the Grim Reaper was most likely to strike.
"Young man, here for sightseeing?" the driver was quite talkative.
"Yes, how did you figure it out?"
"The way you're dressed is not common around here," the driver chuckled.
"That's true," Zhang Menglong nodded.
"Heading to Xuanlong Temple for blessings?"
"Yes, I've been having bad luck recently," Zhang Menglong replied, "A group of us came for a trip, and two friends died in a car accident. Other friends encountered an exploding barbecue truck. I managed to survive, so I'm here to ward off bad luck!"
