Not a single salesperson came up to greet them, clearly accustomed to their behavior. The two girls were probably not first-timers here looking at bags. But every time, they only looked, never buying, so the staff didn't bother to approach them.
Xia Liang raised an eyebrow. "Bao'er, do you really like this bag?"
Hearing Xia Liang's words, Bao'er subconsciously snapped back, "So what if I do? None of your business. Can you even afford it?"
"Bao'er, don't be like that. He's your mother's boyfriend, after all," Jin Na interjected. Though not particularly fond of Xia Liang, she spoke up to mediate for the sake of her best friend's mother.
Her words had no effect on Bao'er.
Xia Liang noted their reactions and couldn't help but develop a slightly better impression of Jin Na. This girl isn't bad. She has manners.
Xia Liang pointed at the bag. "As long as you like it, I'll buy you ten of them, let alone just one."
