John Sinclair walked into the classroom looking half-asleep, and was immediately grabbed by a bespectacled boy who excitedly said, "Johnny, have you read the novel 'Abyss of Sin'?"
John, a bit annoyed at being stopped, yawned and replied, "No, I haven't. Is that book popular?"
He usually either gamed or read some extracurricular books, but he had never heard of 'Abyss of Sin' before.
The boy gave a mysterious smile, "You should check it out. It's pretty good."
John gave him a sideways glance, then went back to his seat and collapsed onto the table, his eyelids heavy with fatigue.
"John, what did you do last night?" Isabella Xyler asked while munching on a piece of bread.
"Played games all night," John replied weakly.
Isabella glanced at him leisurely, "Was it fun?"
John thought of his performance last night, feeling dispirited, and gave no reply.
Interrupted by Isabella, his drowsiness faded. Bored, he pulled out his phone and searched for the book 'Abyss of Sin.'
