Drake White muttered softly upon seeing the newcomer, noticing his gaze falling on the girl, and stepped forward slowly to block the view.
This guy has been staring at the big sister; maybe he's got his eye on her? But his big sister was already taken.
Seeing Drake's actions, the man beneath the mask frowned slightly, a hint of displeasure in his eyes.
"Looking at your stance, what are you up to, planning to make a move against Tulip?"
Drake glanced meaningfully at the group behind him as he spoke.
Too bad it's too late. Once Cook's people arrive, all of Tulip's folks will be taken away.

Mason Quinn's audacious laughter came from under the mask. He glanced at the silent girl behind Drake, and his smile grew wider.
"We heard Divine Healer Emma White is at Tulip, and we didn't want her to get hurt, so we brought people over to keep things calm."
