The next day, the plane slowly landed at Bayne City airport.
Seeing the person who came to pick them up, Claire Green raised her eyebrows slightly. Are CEOs so free nowadays?
She didn't see him in the F Continent and thought he had returned to the Capital City, but unexpectedly he hadn't left yet.
"Claire," Caleb Green stepped forward, took the things from her hands, then nodded at the man on the side, completely ignoring the other two.
"Caleb, you're more idle than I thought," Claire's eyes slightly curved with a half-smile as she glanced at him.
Caleb wasn't upset by her attitude, and explained with a smile, "I heard you were coming back today, so I came here to wait for you."
After looking at him for a few seconds, Claire turned and walked toward the car.
Caleb gazed a bit dimly in her direction, and the man next to him patted his shoulder, speaking in a low, concise manner.
"Take it slow."
Some things aren't easy to let go of.
