Lex was having a really good day, or maybe it was because he was in a good mood since he was going to use the System Reboot token soon. Although the early days of the Inn had him constantly concerned about surviving long enough to become strong, they were also some of the most relaxing and memorable times inside the Inn.
Moreover, it was a good time to return to his roots. He needed a long time to consolidate his strength, shore up his weaknesses and expand his knowledge base. None of those things could be rushed, and all of them would have to happen inside the Inn, which is why he could once again start to connect with his guests once more.
