Continuing further in, Wen Ping felt as if he had stepped into another world, with the sound of wind howling within the cave, akin to the wailing of ten thousand ghosts. This feeling sent chills down his spine, like his head was already on the guillotine, and the blade above could fall at any moment. If he didn't know this world only contained the Demon Race and Human Race, without the existence of the Ghost Race, he might have murmured a prayer.
After walking for about half an hour, he finally saw the end of the road, but this end was a massive stone cavern. Flames, seemingly never extinguishable, surrounded the cavern, illuminating it completely, even though the overhead wind kept brushing past them but still couldn't shake their posture.
Thanks to these flames, Wen Ping could clearly see the cavern's entirety.
