After Luan Feixue was comfortably placed on Yasenia's lap, our dragoness asked her about the situation and why she was here. Luan Feixue, knowing her master's strength, didn't hide anything from her and recounted her conflict.
After so many years, Luan Feixue's resentment had simmered down. Although she was angry and she would not forgive the Dan family, what she carried now was cold rage instead of explosive anger.
Yasenia and the other three listened patiently, taking sips of the tea from time to time.
"So…" Luan Feixue spoke with a cold expression. "I am now here, intending to finish them. I'll kill all of them with my own hands and put an end to this conflict."
Yasenia looked at Luan Feixue with a faint smile. She rubbed her face with Feixue's and murmured softly. "Little Feixue, do you want master's help?"
Feixue's cold expression melted away as she hugged Yasenia's neck and rubbed her back with almost a purr. "No… Master can watch me crush them with the strength you've given me."
Yasenia chuckled, kissing Feixue's cheek softly. "Alright, we will accompany you then. There is no real haste to find the others, right?"
Tatyana shrugged. "Up to you, Little Treasure. There are no more deadlines, so to speak. We are now free to do as we please." She paused, her eyes going to Yasenia's flat stomach. "Well. There is one deadline, but I think we will need a few more decades for that one, right?"
Yasenia chuckled. "That's right. Hm… Then let's accompany Feixue and let her take her revenge." She looked at the woman in her arms and spoke gently. "I won't help you unless you are about to die. Take this as training from me, alright?"
Feixue, hugging Yasenia's neck, nodded firmly. "I will, Master."
Honestly, Yaseia's embrace made her want to melt in her arms and be pampered by her. The scent, warmth, softness, and security were addicting.
"Alright, before that… Let's eat!"
Yasenia used her tail to move Feixue onto the bed and stood up. "I'll go to the kitchen. Give me a moment~."
The dragoness didn't wait for an answer, turning toward the door while sashaying her way, her tail following the pendulum-like motions of her wide hips and slim waist.
Tatyana sighed, her red eyes fixed on Yasenia's behind. "Heavens… What a delicious and massive ass… I really want to slap it and make it jiggle."
Feixue choked on the tea she was sipping, entering a coughing fit. Ao Xianlan chuckled and reached to her back, using energy to unclog the poor woman's lungs.
Looking strangely at Tatyana, Feixue asked. "U-Um… Lady Tatyana, aren't you the Master's mother?"
Tatyana reluctantly moved her eyes away after Yasenia left the room and glanced at Feixue. "Hm? That's right, little Feixue. Is your soul incomplete?"
Feixue's lips twitched. "I-I don't have memory problems, don't worry, Lady Tatyana. Just… your comment…"
Tatyana raised her elegant, willowy eyebrow. "What? Can't a mother drool over her daughter's magnificent ass? Don't tell me you haven't had any fantasies! Even if you take yourself as a disciple, there is no way you have not thought about taboo things once or twice."
Feixue's face became as red as a cooked lobster, squeaky sounds leaving her mouth as she covered her face with her hands. 'Earth, dear Earth, swallow me now and end my suffering! Awawa!'
Ao Xianlan sighed. "Don't bully the child. At this pace, she is going to learn body transformation just to shrink herself and disappear."
Feixue was very tempted to ask about how to learn it. Meanwhile, Lady First asked Tatyana, confused. "Yasenia cooks?"
Ao Xianlan was also curious and looked over. Tatyana blinked and realized that neither of them understood anything beyond a few superficial things about Yasenia. She, naturally eager to brag about her daughter, spoke with an annoying smirk on her face. "Of course! She is one of the most talented Spirit Cooks I've ever seen! Not to mention Spirit Cooking, she has understood alchemy, blacksmithing, formation building, and even tailoring to a certain level. Her most important specialty is neither of them, though. While she is an extreme genius in cooking and decent in the rest, her true proficiency is in the rare and almost lost art of transmutation!"
Lady First and Ao Xianlan didn't have much reaction until they heard the last sentence. Lady First paused the cup and placed it back down, her eyebrow gently quirking up. "Transmutation? Are you exaggerating her talent?"
Tatyana looked offended. "Would I ever exaggerate anything about Yasenia?"
The disciple, master, and aunt looked at the mother with silent gazes, making the Death Empress falter for a second. Still, she was quite confident in being objective in her Little Treasure's evaluation!
"While I might be a shameless licking dog for her appearance and basically drool over her, I never exaggerate her talents! If anything, I tend to underplay them!"
Before she heard a retort, Tatyana defended herself. "With those looks, do you expect me not to want to insert my tongue in every single orifice of her body? I am not a monk! She is also delicious, so there is really no resisting at all!"
Lady First deadpanned, Ao Xianlan sighed, while Feixue blushed furiously. Lady First commented, confused. "You are practicing an emotion-severing technique, but you are far from being without emotion. How does that work?"
"..." Tatyana's joking expression disappeared, her face turning cold as her red eyes locked on Lady First, swirling like two blood whirlpools.
Lady First could feel a chill, as if an Abyss was about to open below her and swallow her whole. So, she spoke with measured words. "Tatyana, my specialty is manipulating emotions. I can sense the disgusting aura of such techniques even from a mile away. It's not that I purposely tried investigating you, but you just reek of it."
Tatyana squinted lightly, and she spoke with a voice so chilling that Feixue felt as if the world around them had frozen. "Lady First, I call you as such out of your politeness toward Yasenia. If you ever overstep or reveal what you shouldn't, I don't mind making Lady Second's nickname change in the near future. Be careful what you say in the future."
Lady First nodded. "Understood. It was my mistake this time around, and I admit it."
Ao Xianlan glanced between them and then glanced at Tatyana. "I know you don't want to speak about it, but…"
"My emotions toward Yasenia are not affected." Tatyana stopped Ao Xianlan with an indifferent face. "I only practiced the first of the three layers. And I stopped using that a long time ago."
"First layer…" Lady First mused. "So, you feel absolute indifference toward those who are not in your closest circle."
"So what? Such an attitude is not rare in our world." Tatyana spoke lightly, her face without a change of expression.
The two seniors nodded, not digging further. This was, after all, Tatyana's own matter.
The room became silent until a few minutes later, when Yasenia returned with a smile. "I've prepared everything~... Hm?"
She blinked, looked at the three women in the room, and then squinted. Without another word, she walked toward Tatyana's side and used her tail to lift her from her chair.
Yasenia then sat down on her chair and placed Tatyana sideways, hugging her waist with a smile. After a kiss to the lips, Yasenia smiled. "I prepared one of your favorite foods~. Lasagna!"
Tatyana blinked and smiled. "I hope you used good ingredients. You know I am picky."
"Picky? You?" Yasenia snorted with a smile. "Even if I were to present you with burnt food, as long as it is something I've cooked, you will wolf it down like a beast."
Tatyana laughed, one of her arms going around Yasenia's neck as she leaned on her body. "Perhaps~."
Yasenia chuckled and kissed her again. "That's better~. Now that Mommy's mood has become better…" She waved her hand, and the table was instantly filled with over a dozen delicious-looking plates of food. "It's time for a feast!"
Ao Xianlan, Lady First, and Feixue glanced at the plates and widened their eyes. Any awkward mood vanished like smoke, their eyes fixed on the succulent, steaming, and mouthwatering foods.
"My heaven…" Ao Xianlan brought her hands together, her wine-colored dragon eyes gleaming with light. "I didn't know my pretty Little Yasenia could cook like this!"
Lady First took a ration silently, tasting a single mouthful. Her usual emotionless face gained a touch of a smile. "Delicious."
Feixue, the poor mortal girl, was devouring the food placed in front of her, barely maintaining the semblance of a human. 'Waah! Master's food is so delicious!'
The poor girl was crying as she munched the food. It was too good!
Yasenia felt her heart swell with satisfaction. The most pleasurable thing about cooking for her was seeing those she cooked for eating with relish and praising her food. Her tail wagged behind her, and she reached out to serve herself and Tatyana a plate.
While she didn't know what made Tatyana's mood sour, she didn't focus on it. Instead, she lavished her boundless love on her mother, feeding her, flirting with her, kissing her, and pampering her until the woman began teasing back and smiling with her eyes.
Lady First and Ao Xianlan marveled at Yasenia's methods. 'Their love is so… genuine.'
They had naturally experienced the ups and downs of life. Given their ages, it was clear they had fallen deeply in love more than once. During their long lives, both women had children more than once, and both experienced loyalty from some people and betrayal from others.
After so many years, they were now alone, past relationships having broken, or those partners perishing due to different circumstances.
Even then, Ao Xianlian and Lady First couldn't recall the last time they saw someone like Tatyana fall so deeply into the quagmire of love.
Lady First smiled silently. 'No wonder her [Love Law] felt so peculiar. It is a [Love Law] derived from countless experiences, sublimated by Yasenia's own love. Tatyana's [Love Law] is a manifestation… Tatyana's own heart that finally found a place to rest and relax.'
Her thoughts changed slightly, as she knew that her previous assumptions were completely incorrect. Her gaze toward Tatyana couldn't help but soften a notch. 'A ruthless, wounded monster from the abyss that, surprisingly, found its light. Something so precious that they manifested the very Heaven itself.'
Ao Xianlan was thinking similarly, but her thoughts were on Yasenia. 'Yasenia, being Tatyana's child, is probably the only being who can love Tatyana as selflessly as she does. For Yasenia doesn't care what Tatyana is, what could she become… Yasenia's heart accommodates the entirety of the being, from her Death Empress self to the current smiling and laughing wife."
The dragon's smile softened as well. 'Good for you, Tatyana.'
