The minute he heard Alac's car drive out, he became so happy.

He stepped into the big park and sat down, he had arranged a little something for her, something to brighten up her smile.
He stared at the moon, it was some minutes past after the moon came out.
Why wasn't she there yet? Did she forget and sleep off? It was unlike Annabel not to want to spend the night with him.
He waited few more minutes and stepped into the house, in a bid to look for her. She was nowhere to be found, wasn't with the other pets either.
