What would you do if you could do literally anything you wanted to do?
Would you make yourself rich?
Give yourself a harem?
Rule the world?
Make every dark and twisted fantasy that you can cook up come true?
Would you bend the world to your will or bend your will for the world?
I was a destitute, weak, and miserable addict living day to day with my head on a swivel to avoid the people I owed. My life came to an end as I was murdered by a couple of loan sharks, at least as far as they know. As I went toward the light I wasn't greeted by the pearly gates or the crimson one. I did however meet an angel. The Archangel Gabriel in a form of interlocking and rotating rings covered in eyes graced my sight. The angel changed back into its true form, Gabrielle as I have come to know her has helped me come into my own. She let me know that I was chosen, God gave me the power to control probabilities. I have had it since I was born but never had a way to control it. It followed the lead of my subconscious and as my mind went dark so did my chances. I awoke from a coma after the shooting with a limited method of control over my power. I changed my appearance and killed off my previous self taking on a new identity. Unfortunately, even if I looked different I was still the same weak minded loser on the inside and I went on a revenge tour to get back at those who wronged me. I cheated a casino and my gambling nemesis out of thousands and it came back to bite me. I was abducted, tortured, and eventually set free. I decided if I was going to escape the cycle I had put myself into I had to get away. I have been in a quaint factory town in the midland of The United States named Ymirton Junction for a couple months now. I have been using my powers to give myself cash when I need it and to increase my knowledge of this new world I find myself in. I have learnt nearly every language including ancient forms of modern languages. I learned old norse, the languages of the natives to the Americas, the languages of the Mesopotamians, and the list goes on. Gabrielle hasn't visited me since the rooftop and hasn't spoken to me since she called in the hotel. I like living like this but I want more. I still haven't even gone to that bar Joan recommended. I just read and watch TV every night, but tomorrow's a new day.
