August 30, 1990, Thursday. It was early morning and I dressed in a semi-formal dress. I will visit someone who is a vital person in my plans.
Brick apparate me in Idun's house. Idun was waiting for me. "Young master the person you have told me to set an appointment will be at the meeting place for an early breakfast with you. The other person will be also on the schedule for lunch. We are set to depart in Ms. Amelia's house first for the breakfast."
We apparated in the front house of ms. Amelia Bones. Idun knocked on the door and after a few seconds, Amelia opened it. "Susan be a dear and enter your room first we have some important things to discuss and we need privacy," Amelia said to her niece.
Susan went straight up in her room waving hello to me. I wave back.
"Idun, Meshac, please follow me to my house office this matter should not wait for any more delays." Amelia hastily said and lead the way to her office.
As we are seated, Amelia started the conversation immediately. "Young Mr. Ophias, the information you have given me was accurate. The files on Mr. Black are all missing no records of his trial were done and no authorities did investigate the crime he was accused of, regarding Mr. Harry Potter, I was personally shocked when I saw him. You are absolutely correct about him being abused physically and psychologically. Today I will take action on the matter. Do you have any suggestions on how to proceed on this matter?"
"Yes ms. Bones, in fact, I do have a very good suggestion for you. As much as possible do not ask for help from the people who are close to Dumbledore, apparently, all that was involved in this matter is close to him including ms. McGonagall and Mr. Shacklebolt. I do not know if he masterminded all of this but do take caution. If you want to bring anyone I suggest making them do the unbreakable vow first to make your actions secret as much as possible. And you can take Idun as a personal bodyguard he is very capable." I explained
"I understand, is there something else?"
"If I may ask, what do you plan to do with Mr. Potter?"
"I do plan to take him away from those muggles and put him in protective custody until the investigation is ongoing."
"If I may suggest again, Mr. Potter is a very famous identity and it will bring many complications. I will do suggest leaving him in the protection of Idun in the meantime his house is big and has a Fidelius charm inside so that no one can see The activities inside the house. Also, he is a very powerful Auror. I will be attending Hogwarts so there is no one to accompany Idun for a while."
"I will keep that in mind if the options I have are not applicable."
"One last thing I should remind you that tomorrow the news about that two incidents will be published, so I suggest that you made a very good statement on the press."
"Yes, I will, and thank you for your help. If there is anything I can help you with just tell Idun and he will convey it to me."
"Very well thank you for your offer. And ms. Bones after this commotion is over I do have something new to discuss but it is not the time to make a problem on that. So are we having breakfast now?"
"Okey I will call Susan out to eat. We will be very busy after this."
We finished our discussion and had breakfast in her house. Susan was delighted to see me. She has no close friends near her house so if there was someone in her age bracket she is very jolly. That is why I decided to eat here to make time for her. We did have some conversations before when we visited each other and Idun is busy with Amelia talking in the other room. I do feel like a child when I am around kids my age, that is a feeling I like very much. Making new memories and friends. In my past life, I was a loner. But in this life, I am now accompanied by many. And have a wonderful family.
I did however visit my family last month to bring gifts and update them regarding my adventures. I did not stay Long only about three days. I need to get out quickly because having my Sister around makes me so happy I don't want to leave anymore. She is a delight that one. Especially her giggles that can melt even a stone-hearted person. I wonder I Snape will feel anything if he hears her giggle, one of my side thoughts.
After some time it was now for Idun and ms. Amelia to go to work Susan was left again alone in the house, while Idun, Amelia, and I apparate near the ministry of magic building entrance. We went our separate ways I went to the place where I was supposed to meet the other important person while the two joined themselves for the actions that needs to be executed regarding Harry and Sirius. I walked in the city proper slowly looking at the muggle stores I passed by. Buying things that I do think I need or some would like in my circle of companions. Into the early '90s, the technology is in its infant stage so there is nothing much to buy. But there are a few things that still make my interest peak. Like foods and clothes. Wizard's fashion is too old style and sometimes uncomfortable. Maybe in my free time, I can go to Italy to find some fantastic clothing. And to buy a sports car while I'm at it I do wonder if I can drive it in my mini world. Electronics can not function in the place where strong magic is accumulated electricity is being dispersed I'd put in a magically rich environment. It was like an EMP wave where the electricity is being canceled. I do plan to experiment with alternative energy using magic. Runes are the answer but my knowledge is not there yet.
Strolling around for more than two hours I went to the restaurant in Diagon Alley. The famous hufflers. This restaurant was rumored to be owned by the descendant of Helga Hufflepuff. Where magical food ingredients are used for their dishes making it pricey but very delicious.
As I enter the premises a restaurant employee confirmed my reservation, which is a private room for two, and lead me to the place where I am supposed to meet my guests. I did order some snacks to kill time while waiting and taking out my rune notes to make the runes theories combination.
Runes are like a computer software program. I do know basic programming. It is mostly making a command. The 'ifs' and 'then'. The 'ifs' are the possible situation and the 'thens' are the result. Like if you add one to one then it will be two. Runes are Like that. The first experiment I am currently making is a magical light bulb. I did get the idea in Atlantis where there are crystals formation up in the roof where it produces light on its own using the magic in the environment.
A few minutes have past and my guest has arrived entering the door to the private room.
"Sorry to bother I think I'm in the wrong room." She said after seeing me a child eating snacks and writing in my notebook.
" ms. Rita Skeeter, you are in the right place. And I am the one who sends you that message that is very if I might say. a very juicy story. If you would please sit down and let us discuss in private, especially about a bug transformation that I just received this morning."
Rita's eyes widen immediately at the statement I gave and sat at the opposite table. "Locus Secretum" I cast a self-made spell to make the room private from prying ears.
"What was that spell for?" Rita was a little nervous and agitated.
"Oh, that was just a spell I created to make this room soundproof so that our talk will be in total privacy. You see words that are will be spoken here must not be known by others, like you being an undocumented animagus. Do you agree Ms. Skeeter?"
"I don't know what are you talking about. Where did you learn such false information?" Rita was thinking to draw her wand but stop in the motion when she saw my wand was pointing at her emitting a green glow on the tip.
A little trick I made. Spells have color when you cast them like white, blue, red, some gold and silver, and of course green, which only forms when you will cast an unforgivable spell-like Avada or imperio. This made her freeze on her sit.
"Now, now. Ms. Skeeter let's just have a silent and friendly conversation no need to be agitated so much. I will assure you this will benefit you more than me." I produced a letter and throw it on the table near the front where Rita is sitting. "Read it first, it is an article that you will write. The facts are there all you need is to add color to the story. Read it first then we can continue with our conversation."
Rita then pulls the letter to pick it up and shakes a little bit while opening the letter. She then started to read and as she reads her agitation was replaced by fascination then shock and eagerness. A smile almost making her cheeks and eyes twitch came to her face and her glasses almost fell off.
After reading the whole letter she looks at me. I put my wand away but place my hand with my ring on the table ready to cast a spell if need be.
"Is this all true? This will shook the whole European wizarding world if this comes out!" She is almost screaming at me.
"No need to be Super excited ms. Skeeter takes it slowly." The letter in her hands contains the details about Sirius Black and Harry Potter. "Ms. Skeeter, I do have a question can you do the article this day and be posted on the daily prophet by tomorrow?"
" I don't know if I can this need an investigation and approval of the officers in the daily prophet."
" ah, such a shame. You see actions are being made as of now to these two incidents and by tomorrow if the daily prophet doesn't post this article a new newspaper that has already printed that article will be sent via owl mails to every know wizard's home. Tsk. It's such a shame I thought we could have a collaboration, especially making you famous to post the other information about the life and lies of Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore. Which I have information about and the facts have been checked and double-checked." I showed a thick document with the title on top.
"Wait. What? Can you please explain a little this is too overwhelming."
"As I said if the daily prophet does not print this article by tomorrow morning I have contracted people to send the pre-made newspaper that has this article on the front page. But I do put it on the hold because I do want to make a private collaboration with you. You see I am a fan of your articles. They are very spicy and juicy at the same time, that is want you to have more. Do you know what I mean Ms. Skeeter?"
"I understand I will do everything in my power to make this article be printed out by the daily prophet by tomorrow."
"Well, that was a good conversation don't you think. I do appreciate that our relationship will be in secret. Like I hold your animagus in secret."
Rita was shocked upon hearing her secret once again. "Of course, of course. Now, do I get to see that document about Albus?" She asked
I pulled the document to me and hide it in my coat. "We will see if you did a good job tomorrow I can give it to you as a gift." I said "and oh by the way I'll add a personal letter from the head of magical law enforcement statement for you to have an additional supporting article. We must be balanced in reporting, you see. Not to be biased." I winked at her "so much exclusiveness on your story. I do predict a booming career and fame ahead of you. Are you seeing what I'm seeing? I'm not a prophet but I can tell that the future of you ahead is very..... bright."
Rita was daydreaming of the possibilities. "I will leave you now to do your work in private you can stay here for as long as you like and order whatever you want the bill is already paid but I do need to be elsewhere. So if you would please excuse me."
"Ah okay thank you." Rita's daydreaming was cut short by my interruption. As I was leaving the room Rita hurriedly said.
"Wait I didn't even get your name. How am I supposed to contact you?"
"I didn't give it. And I will contact you ms. Skeeter." I turned my head back and gave her a wicked smile and left the room.
Now that the preparations are done I need to go back to Idun's house to wait for the news.
