The rain was still pouring heavily and as he looked outside his brother had already left with the car they came with. Out of anger he nearly pulled out his hair. He brought out his phone and saw it had no signal,so even when the rain stops he has to walk all the way to the nearby town for him to get a taxi.
Jake had spent the whole day rummaging through his late father's possessions. He was about to leave when he saw a passage that led down the basement. Out of curiosity,he went down the passage and he was in a room with only one book. He got closer and then touched the book. The book opened and a gust of wind flung him backwards, Just as he was about to lose consciousness he saw the book disappearing and the mist it produced coming towards him.
When Jake woke up he was still underground covered in dust and debris from the walls of the underground structure. There were no openings in the underground structure, but he could see clear as day and he felt heavy headed. When he got himself off the ground he took a closer look around the walls and could see c
Writings on them. He could understand them because they weren't ancient. They where actually English. Jake then took out his phone and took a picture of each wall and then he decided to leave the room. When he got out he could see the rain had stopped. He went to the couch, picked up his things and headed for the door when he noticed something. There were two small wings on his back, one black and one white. At first Jake thought he was seeing things but he could feel them. The next thing he noticed was his hearing had increased and his sight was Outstanding. Jake was trying to comprehend what was going on when he heard the door bell. He was surprised not because there was someone at the door but that the door bell was still working in this old mansion. He went to the door and open it, what he saw next was something shocking. He saw a huge man with two even larger blue wings step in.
"I am Lucifero". He said
"I am here to take you to the council . All your questions_." Lucifero pause staring at Jake's back confused for a moment.
" will be answered there". He shook his head and continued.
Before Jake could say anything, Lucifero lifted him in his hands and the next thing they were in the clouds.
'How can he fly so fast'. Jake thought.
But his wondering was cut short as they had already left the earth's atmosphere and were flying to another planet. Jake was amazed but the he felt all the air in his body being squeezed out of him and he couldn't breathe. Lucifero then put a strange small item on both their faces and he could breathe again. Jake tried to talk but the words wouldn't come out. He couldn't talk. He just kept on wondering what have I gotten myself into.
