"May I inspect the necklace, Lady Stella?" the Grand Magus asked and of course, she had no choice but to agree. Stella undid her necklace and handed it to the magus.
"How could the Great Sage stay inside this for 1,500 years?" the magus pondered as he checked it closely.
The necklace floated up a bit from his hand and his eyes glowed a different color as he used magic to inspect it. Everyone gasped when the necklace suddenly vanished into thin air.
"Eh? Where has it gone?!!" the Grand Magus was wide-eyed. Duke Henry meanwhile, was eyeing the magus clearly accusing the latter that he hid it somewhere.
"I didn't hide it," the magus clarified and glared at Duke Henry for accusing him.
"Uhm, it's here," Stella squeaked.
"Eh? Can you use magic?" the magus asked eagerly.
"No, Your Eminence. The necklace automatically returns to the owner it recognizes," Stella clarified.
"I see. So the hearsay about that is also true," the magus nodded in understanding.
