The guards of the Heavenly Palace all wore white long robes, with most of the women dressed in blue. Along the way, most of the people Chu Mu saw were Soul Controllers or Soul Immortal level, with hardly any below. This was enough to demonstrate that the overall strength of the people here was much higher than in Struggle Land and Wupan Continent.
